駅からも近く、きれいな上、料金も安く、ホテルスタッフもとても親切でした。 壁が薄いせいか、騒音がひどいです。安眠はできませんでした。あと、とても治安が悪い地域ですので、女性一- 人旅行向かないと思います。 |

部屋も共同のバス・トイレもとても清潔でした。最上階は4部屋に対してバスルームが2つあったので、混み合- うこともなく自由に使えました。 とにかく音が響きます。通りに面しているので、車の音・雨の音が一晩中うるさいし、足音・話し声もうるさい- です。神経質な人には向きません。でも安くて清潔なので、一晩ぐらいならまた利用すると思います。 |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean, confortable and with good size. The steam shower is unbeliveable small! I had never seen anything similar this! Adding this the shower pump was broken and no one came to fix it as arranged in the first day.. for this reason we had to have a shower in a bathroom outside from our room... There is no breakfast in the hotel.. neither included nor paid.. they said we could go down on the street and have a breakfast in a small cafe they indicated, what was not good.. The location is horrible and dangerous, just good because it's in the city centre. They don't have where to park a car, so we have to leave our car in a other hotel car parking. |

We reserved in Castromira but when we arrived there they told us that our hotel was the one in front (residencial do sul). Apparently they have 3 hotel, one close to the other one and it's up to them in which one you will stay. By the way the new hotel was nice and clean. |

We had a comfortable clean large room with bathroom, at Castromira II on rue Maria Andrade. Our room at rear overlooked a yard with fruit trees. Very good value for money. There is a bit of noise from the reception area if you are on the first floor at this hotel - we found it mostly OK at night but it might be a problem if you are particularly sensitive to noise (they could improve things by fitting doors between the reception area and the rest of the first floor). |

The price is convenable. The hotel is not fare from city center and is near the metro line. The room was to small. No even glasses for tooth washing. No posible to got information about weather forcast! |

I found the staff to be friendly, polite and efficient; even though they did not speak English we always managed to communicate. The rooms were basic but clean/tidy and the sharing of a bathroom was not a problem. Indeed in my six days the bathroom was always free when I needed it. The location was not in the best part of the city but for the price paid I felt that it was appropriate. This hotel was quite close to the centre and had excellent access to metro and bus links |

The room was clean, beds comfortable, clean linens and towels all the time. The cleanliness of the shared bathroom was poor, it smelled like it had not been cleaned since the last users.. |

the staffs are very kind, end speak English very well. The room is very clean, is quiete at night. I dont know exactely, but i think the region around this hotel is a littel dangerous. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quite new furniture. Very clean. I looked for parking possibilities for my rent car. The advertisement says there is public parking space available. That's true for the public street but there are no reserved places. |

The room was clean, even the bathroom. The room was big (4 pax room). Reception is 24/24 open. It is near the metro (Intendente). No light blocker tent on the windows, in the morning the room was full of light. |
