Residencial Castromira

We zaten in Castromira 2 aan de overkant bij Castromira 1 en hadden met onze 2 kinderen 1 ruime kamer met 4 bedden en eigen douche en toillet. Het was erg basic ingericht, ik miste bijvoorbeeld stoelen op de kamer. Maar wel allemaal heel netjes. We waren ook erg blij met een kamer aan de achterkant. Het is erg leuk als tram 28 voor de deur stopt. Maar als je dan aan de voorkant slaapt heb je daar volgens mij wel last van. Verder een prima uitvalsbasis met de tram voor de deur en metro om de hoek. Om de hoek ook genoeg gelegenheid om te ontbijten.

Geen ontbijtmogelijkheden. Als de kinderen in bed lagen zaten we in de zithoek naast de receptie maar daar stond de televisie erg hard aan. De douche heeft een prima straal, maar wel het kleinste douche hokje ooit.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean, confortable and with good size.

The steam shower is unbeliveable small! I had never seen anything similar this! Adding this the shower pump was broken and no one came to fix it as arranged in the first day.. for this reason we had to have a shower in a bathroom outside from our room... There is no breakfast in the hotel.. neither included nor paid.. they said we could go down on the street and have a breakfast in a small cafe they indicated, what was not good.. The location is horrible and dangerous, just good because it's in the city centre. They don't have where to park a car, so we have to leave our car in a other hotel car parking.

everything was great! hostel is situated 10 minutes on foot from the center of Lisboa, very clean and comfortable.

I found the staff to be friendly, polite and efficient; even though they did not speak English we always managed to communicate. The rooms were basic but clean/tidy and the sharing of a bathroom was not a problem. Indeed in my six days the bathroom was always free when I needed it.

The location was not in the best part of the city but for the price paid I felt that it was appropriate. This hotel was quite close to the centre and had excellent access to metro and bus links

The room was clean, beds comfortable, clean linens and towels all the time.

The cleanliness of the shared bathroom was poor, it smelled like it had not been cleaned since the last users..

the staffs are very kind, end speak English very well. The room is very clean, is quiete at night.

I dont know exactely, but i think the region around this hotel is a littel dangerous.

Several staffs speak only Portuguese and Spanish.
