The room was big and clean. Location is excellent (near the center and very close to "Cinemateca") and the price is quite good. Not enough light from the window of my room.

Location, easy to get to and wonderfully situated. Staff was almost all great! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen or breakfast lady was very rude.

The location, for sure. Also, I wish I could remember his name, but one of the men at the reception was really nice and helpful. We made a 30 second phone call to a restaurant 2 blocks away and were charged 3.40 euros!

Great location - close to all transportation and sights of Lisbon. Smoke inside hotel which filled our room, noise during the night inside the lobby, very old & lumpy & small pillows, mold on hairdryer cord, one morning had to run water 20 minutes before water became hot for shower.

Located next to burberry, lous vuitton, prada and armani yet still affordable... A couple of meters away from the avenida metro station and a few minutes walk away from the rossio square also... The room I stayed at was facing the backyard so it was quiet, small but comfortable room with a bathroom including everything needed... I had chosen "a room with wired internet" on booking.com, which was more expensive than it would be without internet of course, but when I went to the hotel I realised that everyone was enjoying the wireless internet for free!?!?!... the breakfast buffet was a bit weak...

The reception staff went out his way to help me which I really appreciated. The rooms were small but adequate and well presented and very comfortable. The breakfasts were good and plentiful. The location was very good and has a metro station opposite but is also an easy stroll down to the centre of town.I Would stay there again with out hesitation. Make sure you dont get the room next to the kitchen it is very noisy I had it the first night but they moved me after I complained.

The reception staff were all friendly and very helpful with every inquiry or need. They went out of their way to assist in planning out-of- town trips. I can't fault Dom Sancho I staff in their personal affability. Room overlooking the Avenida da Liberdade had traffic noise all night. But thankfully, it is not a noisy neighbourhood--no roudiness, just traffic.

Good interior guest rooms and common areas. Helpful staff. The hotel is friendly to guests. Place hotel location is excellent. Convenient to get to the airport by public transport. Reception was on the 2nd floor and my room on the 3rd floor. My luggage with 2 floors at the 3rd floor I had to carry by hand, as the elevator to the 3rd floor did not work.

Location is the best you can find. Metro station of the blue line just outside (2 stops from Eduardo Park, 3 stops from the Gulbenkian Museum, 1 stop to Restuadores). 10 minute walk from Rossion train station and from the tourismo offices just close to it. The staff were very nice and helpful (all spoke English), even helped me plan a route to Tomar and printed it for me' offred to help us renting a car). The older man with beard who workes at nights (sorry, I don't know his name) was especially nice and keen to help). The room and the breakfast area were clean (that's very important for me). They ordered a taxi for us as we checked out at 2:30. If we come back to Lisbon we'll gladly come back. Highly recommended. We stayed at room 215. I don't like to sleep with air condition on, but it was impossible to sleep with an open window since there was a very noisy air-conditioner engine just outside. I have to say that we didn't complain about it. Maybe if we had complained they would move us to another room. You won't stay hungry after the breakfast, but it's exactly the same every day. After a few days it's a bit boring we stayed a week). Some vegtebles would make it much better. But the food was fresh and the staff made sure everything was clean and nothing missing. Overall, for the price and the location, the helpful staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms, that is a very small thing which didn't really bother us, and as I said - we think this hotel is a very good choice.

Clean and comfortable rooms. When we arrived was upgraded to a larger room without having to pay extra. Very good location, 10 mins to the city centre, and the airport bus stops outside the hotel.

The room was very small, which would be an issue if you would like spending some time. Furthermore , for items like the safe in the room a fee applies.

Great Location, just out of town, and so reasobanably quiet. Having a room that opened onto a central shaft of the building meant I could hear all the other tenants of the building (including the neighbour with the screaming child) and smell the smoker downstairs. Not quite what I'd hoped form, but not too bad nevertheless.

The location and the friendly staff. Not being offered WIFI and having to pay a high rate for low quality internet. WIFI in the 21st century belongs to a hotel like a bed and a shower. It is a necessity.

“It is located in the heart of the city (Rossio/Baixa) and it's a stone's throw away from the Metro station and Aerobus drop-off/pick up points (Restauradores). It is also within close proximity to a lot of restaurants and shops and also a few seconds away from one of the few Starbucks I found in the city. The staff were EXTREMELY nice and accommodating, also they spoke perfect English so there was no problem communicating with them.” Mary, Muntinlupa |
