The location is good. It is near the Lisbon airport, and also Lisbon city center. A room was clean and comfortable. |

Great location and fantastic staff, particularly Henrique (who helped with sintra and fado bookings) and Luis. Near Avenida Metro and very near the airport suttle bus. Problem with faucet but this was quickly fixed. |

Conveniently located near AeroBus stop, subway station, and 10 minute walk to the heart of the city center. Room was clean and had airconditioning. Friendly staff. Breakfast could have offered more choice. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. |

the situation is perfect in downtown nearby bus and metro station. the staff is helpful, everything is clean around, the bed and bathroom in good conditions. Globally the price paid for such a hotel makes the best price-quality ratio. technical problems with wifi internet, broken tv remote, the glass of the windows is made fuzzy, no view to outside. |

the location was very good, on the main avenue and very near the center city. Possible to walk to amost all the places. the isolation of the room is not the best, it is possible to hear everything that goes on outside the room. |

Good location. I wouldn't rate it as a four star hotel, rather two or three star. Difficult to find the hotel since it is located in the building which is being renovating at the moment... difficult to find a parking place nearby. |

Da localizacão, bem no centro da cidade e do ambiente amistoso. Os funcionários ainda te ajudam com informações históricas sobre o país e cidade. Achei o café-da-manhã ou pequeno-lanche como eles chamam simplesmente horrível e achei estranho o fato do hotel ficar no 2o. andar do prédio. Nunca tinha visto isto antes. |
