Erittäin siisti huone/hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Saimme valita kahdesta huoneesta, joista toisessa ikkunat sisäpihalle ja toisessa tien puolelle. Valitsimme valoisamman tien puolen huoneen, jonka meluisuudesta yöaikaan henkilökunta varoitteli meitä etukäteen. Asia korjaantui kuitenkin korvatulpilla. |

Sijainti oli keskeinen, mutta rauhallinen - liikenteen melua ei huoneeseen kuulunut, käytävältä kuului tosin kaikki. Henkilökunta oli avulias ja asiantunteva. Huone oli kovin pieni, siinä oli vain sänky ja kaksi pientä yöpöytää eikä lainkaan ikkunaa. Tosin se oli viimeinen jäljelläoleva ja minulle tarjottiin mahdollisuutta yhden yön jälkeen vaihtaa toiseen keskustahotelliin. Huone riitti kuitenkin yhden hengen yöpymiseen, joten en vaihtanut. |

Great location and fantastic staff, particularly Henrique (who helped with sintra and fado bookings) and Luis. Near Avenida Metro and very near the airport suttle bus. Problem with faucet but this was quickly fixed. |

Conveniently located near AeroBus stop, subway station, and 10 minute walk to the heart of the city center. Room was clean and had airconditioning. Friendly staff. Breakfast could have offered more choice. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. |

the situation is perfect in downtown nearby bus and metro station. the staff is helpful, everything is clean around, the bed and bathroom in good conditions. Globally the price paid for such a hotel makes the best price-quality ratio. technical problems with wifi internet, broken tv remote, the glass of the windows is made fuzzy, no view to outside. |

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, it was good value. I would have liked a greater selection of juices at breakfast and more fresh fruit. |

the location was very good, on the main avenue and very near the center city. Possible to walk to amost all the places. the isolation of the room is not the best, it is possible to hear everything that goes on outside the room. |

Good location. Clean rooms The room was quite small. My husband & I were given 2 twin beds, although we had booked a double. Breakfast was also basic. |

Good location. I wouldn't rate it as a four star hotel, rather two or three star. Difficult to find the hotel since it is located in the building which is being renovating at the moment... difficult to find a parking place nearby. |

The location, which was as I had expected- eazy access and near downtown Only when checking-in was told that "Special Rate" was limited to inferior rooms with no view, facing a wall. Lack of space (chest or shelves) to store clothes, requiring using suitcases as working closet. |

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location, but that's out of their control. It's not even that it was a bad location, there is just not much to do in the area. It is located very close to the downtown area as well as the metro stop which made things easier. |

The location was great and generally it was a decent hotel that offered exactly what i was waiting for: a place to rest after a day walking out My room was very small but to be honest it didn't matter for me!!!However i would like a table inside!!! |

Die Lage ist perfekt. Metro und Bus sind fast direkt vor der Tür (5 Minuten zu laufen). Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr charmant. Unser Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die schönen Bäume der Avenida da Liberdade wirkte frisch renoviert. Es war einfach aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Im Bad gab es eine Badewanne. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden, die Minibar war gut gefüllt mit Getränken und Snacks zu sehr moderaten Preisen, das Bett war bequem und alles war sauber. Der Mitarbeiter an der Reception war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und das Bad hätten gut ein bisschen größer sein können, aber für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit war es allemal ausreichend. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch ein bisschen klein und die Auswahl am Buffet war eher bescheiden. Dafür war aber der Kaffee besonders gut und satt wurden wir schließlich auch. |
