La localisation de l'hôtel en plein centre ville, au deuxième étage d'un grand immeuble en plein cœur de la grande avenue. Le petit déjeuné buffet : simple mais suffisant. Point positif un mini bar est mis à disposition dans la chambre ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux et du shampoing. Indiqué comme **** sur le site mais ne rêver pas trop ! Pour ce prix l'hôtel est à classer en ** + . Il aurait aussi besoin d'un bon coup de peinture, la déco commencent à daté quelque peu. La porte de l'immeuble est fermé le soir, pour rentrer vous devez sonner, mais cela ne fonctionne pas toujours ... Le rdc et premier étage sont occupés par un labo médical. |

Bonne proximité avec le centre historique. Une station de métro à deux pas. Très pratique donc. Certains commentaires me semble bien trop négatif! Insonorisation de la porte donnant sur le couloir. Il est préférable d'avoir une chambre en bout, pour éviter trop de passage. |

Great location and fantastic staff, particularly Henrique (who helped with sintra and fado bookings) and Luis. Near Avenida Metro and very near the airport suttle bus. Problem with faucet but this was quickly fixed. |

Conveniently located near AeroBus stop, subway station, and 10 minute walk to the heart of the city center. Room was clean and had airconditioning. Friendly staff. Breakfast could have offered more choice. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. |

the situation is perfect in downtown nearby bus and metro station. the staff is helpful, everything is clean around, the bed and bathroom in good conditions. Globally the price paid for such a hotel makes the best price-quality ratio. technical problems with wifi internet, broken tv remote, the glass of the windows is made fuzzy, no view to outside. |

Good location. I wouldn't rate it as a four star hotel, rather two or three star. Difficult to find the hotel since it is located in the building which is being renovating at the moment... difficult to find a parking place nearby. |

The location, which was as I had expected- eazy access and near downtown Only when checking-in was told that "Special Rate" was limited to inferior rooms with no view, facing a wall. Lack of space (chest or shelves) to store clothes, requiring using suitcases as working closet. |

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location, but that's out of their control. It's not even that it was a bad location, there is just not much to do in the area. It is located very close to the downtown area as well as the metro stop which made things easier. |
