De ligging Erg klein,Badkamer:de doucekop werkte niet en deur doucecabine kon haast niet dicht (zeker probleem iets dikkere mensen ).Maar de bereikbaarheid centrum uitstekend.Ontbijt was erg simpel. |

centraal gelegen, behulpzaam personeel het ontbijt was zeer minimaal, anders dan brood met kaas of sinaasappeljam, een yoghurtje of cornflakes was er niet; veel rumoerigheid en geluidsoverlast 's avonds en 's nachts |

Centrale ligging nabij centrum, dichtbij Metro en Bushalte Geluidsoverlast kamer aan voorzijde, dag en nacht veel verkeerslawaai, ondanks rolluik toch erg veel hinderlijk geluid. Opmerking: de vuilniswagen haalt 's avonds vuilnis op rond 23.00 uur en dat geeft veel overlast (gepraat, glasgerinkel, vrachtwagen). |

the situation is perfect in downtown nearby bus and metro station. the staff is helpful, everything is clean around, the bed and bathroom in good conditions. Globally the price paid for such a hotel makes the best price-quality ratio. technical problems with wifi internet, broken tv remote, the glass of the windows is made fuzzy, no view to outside. |

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, it was good value. I would have liked a greater selection of juices at breakfast and more fresh fruit. |

the location was very good, on the main avenue and very near the center city. Possible to walk to amost all the places. the isolation of the room is not the best, it is possible to hear everything that goes on outside the room. |

Good location. Clean rooms The room was quite small. My husband & I were given 2 twin beds, although we had booked a double. Breakfast was also basic. |

Good location. I wouldn't rate it as a four star hotel, rather two or three star. Difficult to find the hotel since it is located in the building which is being renovating at the moment... difficult to find a parking place nearby. |

The location, which was as I had expected- eazy access and near downtown Only when checking-in was told that "Special Rate" was limited to inferior rooms with no view, facing a wall. Lack of space (chest or shelves) to store clothes, requiring using suitcases as working closet. |

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location, but that's out of their control. It's not even that it was a bad location, there is just not much to do in the area. It is located very close to the downtown area as well as the metro stop which made things easier. |

The location was great and generally it was a decent hotel that offered exactly what i was waiting for: a place to rest after a day walking out My room was very small but to be honest it didn't matter for me!!!However i would like a table inside!!! |

The position in the heart of Lisboa Fyi the room I got , namely room 211, is not appropriate for a normal night rest. It is behind the Reception and one can hear the receptionist on duty answering calls or directing late guests, even if he wispers.. Moreover the phonic isolation toward the the street is not O.K. During the night there were works on the street and the noise transcended through the the old fashioned window isolation. |

This hotel has free wiress internet. And front staff is very friendly. The creaning staff did not clean bath room every day, I stayed 4night, but they just changed sheet. |
