the situation is perfect in downtown nearby bus and metro station. the staff is helpful, everything is clean around, the bed and bathroom in good conditions. Globally the price paid for such a hotel makes the best price-quality ratio.

technical problems with wifi internet, broken tv remote, the glass of the windows is made fuzzy, no view to outside.

the location was very good, on the main avenue and very near the center city. Possible to walk to amost all the places.

the isolation of the room is not the best, it is possible to hear everything that goes on outside the room.

Good location. Clean rooms

The room was quite small. My husband & I were given 2 twin beds, although we had booked a double. Breakfast was also basic.

The location, but that's out of their control. It's not even that it was a bad location, there is just not much to do in the area. It is located very close to the downtown area as well as the metro stop which made things easier.

The location was great and generally it was a decent hotel that offered exactly what i was waiting for: a place to rest after a day walking out

My room was very small but to be honest it didn't matter for me!!!However i would like a table inside!!!

The position in the heart of Lisboa

Fyi the room I got , namely room 211, is not appropriate for a normal night rest. It is behind the Reception and one can hear the receptionist on duty answering calls or directing late guests, even if he wispers.. Moreover the phonic isolation toward the the street is not O.K. During the night there were works on the street and the noise transcended through the the old fashioned window isolation.

This hotel has free wiress internet. And front staff is very friendly.

The creaning staff did not clean bath room every day, I stayed 4night, but they just changed sheet.

The proximity was great and access to transportation was excellent. I found the cleaners to be very friendly and happy.

I found the building from the metro easily but the entrance to the building was dark and disappointing. I had expected the front desk to be on the floor of the main entrance but had to go up stairs with heavy luggage to the elevator. And conversations from the halls and nearby rooms were easily heard and annoying. I half expected this but was hoping for the best with the price, rating and location
