The hotel staff were extremely helpful. They all spoke english well and offered great suggestions for where to eat close by. The only complaint I have is not really the hotel's fault, but the nearest metro station was closed for renovations and this left us with a fairly long walk to the next nearest station. The hotel's location is not within walking distance of a lot of the places we wanted to spend time so the metro was necessary. From what I understand this should be resolved later this summer. |

The staff was really really friendly and helpful, and made my stay! Not really, I just didn´t have shampoo on my bathrrom, only 2 shower gel pack, and it would be nice if we could have internet on the rooms, even if we have to pay for it. But in general I liked it a lot |

Excellent double room with balcony, at the back of the hotel. A better room than our previous stay, although a bit more expensive. Reception staff friendly, helpful and English-speaking. Good location near the Gulbenkian art museum, several restaurants, quiet area, Aldi shop opposite. Close to airport. Beds rather hard |

central location good basic breakfast,staff very helpful, good local restaurants, and if on a budget a supermarket is over the road. sort the beds out its like sleeping on cobble stones this is why i would not stay at this hotel in a hurry again,a shame really. |

Amabilidad del personal, limpieza, habitacion muy confortable, zona cerca del metro, pero no bulliciosa como el centro histórico de la ciudad. Todo estaba muy bien, desayuno a lo mejor algo escaso, pero variado eso sí. |
