Please do not stay at this hotel. The service is bad, the room condition is bad and electricity tripped all the time.

In 2 nigths there, we never had hot water for a shower, as well as several other guests. We wore ask to wait 15 min, but after 2 hours there was only cold water, so we only had the option of taking a cold shower or don't wash. This besides the lack of other services ( the elevator only takes 1 adult, not 2 as it's writen, the curtains are very thin and let the light completely iluminate the room,...) is a fundamental service that should be assured by any kind of acomodation, no matter if it is low price, so the one 's that like after a long day or night to take a shower don't go to this hotel. Em 2 noites seguidas nunca houve água quente para vários hóspedes,incluindo nós, pediram-nos para esperar 15 min mas após 2 horas ainda não havia água quente e pelo que se tem a opção de tomar banho com água fria ou não tomar, o que para além da falta de outras comodidades( o elevador apenas finciona para 1 adulto e não 2 como está escrito, as cortinas do quarto deixavam passar completamente a luz,...) deveria ser considerado um serviço fundamental independentemente do preço e gama de acomodação. Por isso aqueles que após um longo dia ou noite gostam de tomar 1 duche não vão para este hotel.

Given room beside reception, quite noisy and window out to inner area with tanks, etc making it very dark.

The location of the hotel was very easy to find from the main road, with basic local amenities such as convenience stores and transport links to the main square right outside the doorstep. The staff were infinitely friendly and were more than willing to suggest local hotspots for visits if you are travelling alone or have not planned your route beforehand. The room was clean with plenty of space for storage for those who want to live out of their suitcase and the tv channels include english choices too. The hotel focuses more on a homely atmosphere rather than luxury. They have a room for temporary luggage storage if you are arriving before check-in time or hanging around longer after check-out time. A good choice for backpackers on a budget.

The hallways were very dark, even with the lighting turned on. The beds were quite springy. There weren't any spare electrical outlets for use to charge your electronics. Although there is an option of a buffet breakfast, the choices were extremely limited to bread, ham, cheese and cornflakes. The wifi is only available in the lobby.

Very cheap, Wi-Fi for free, ok rooms. Good connection to the city center as bus stops in front of the hotel door and to the airport (city bus 22 stops nearby).

It is a bit noisy, you can hear the traffic and other people in the hotel, dark hallways

There isn't internet in room, only in reception floor.

Clean, very comfortable, excellent room and breakfast. It's 5 minutes walking from subway. The staffs were very helpfull and polite.

Everything was in place, the staff was helpful and polite all the time, the breakfast included was really good composed by quality products and as many as you want. I strongly recommend the Residencial xxi, it is a good balance quality-price.

Didn't have enough fresh air. Would have preferred room with a real window that overlooks the street , not stuffy inside yard. And we got twin room instead of double that we had ordered.

Very good location. Great value for money. The car park the next street free on weekends (saturday, sunday)
