Ilmastointi pelasi (ulkona +31 C). Hyvät yhteydet julkisilla kulkuvälineillä. Alakerrassa hyvä ja edullinen ravintola. Kaappien siisteys tullessa. Näkymä takapihalle aika ankea. Jääkaappi olisi saanut olla. |

Respa oli hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias, ja puhui hyvää englantia. Huono hinta-laatusuhde: vaatimaton aamiainen, huonot sängyt. Kiinteistön hoito: hissi toimi vaihtelevasti, osa käytävien lampuista pimeitä (mm. portaikon kohdolla), pyyhkeessä reikä, huoneen ammeesta puuttui tulppa ja toisesta kattolampusta hehkulamppu. Osa pistorasioista ei toiminut. |

Staff was very helpful and there was always someone who spoke English working; location was excellent; breakfast was quite reasonable, both in selection and hours. This is a nice and clean place. It was helpful to have elevator in the building. Beds were not the most comfortable, but this is typical for this class of hotels anywhere in Europe. |

I reserve a room with separate beds - they give us a room with one bed - changing was very complicate-reception was not sympatic, without word "excuse me"; a breakfast from 8 o'clock - I had to be in airport at 8 - they give us breakfast earlier but with anger; the telephone to hotel was only fax - nobody can telephone from town to us; the bedclothes was not clear; it was the wors hotel than I reserved by booking com in last time in many countries. |

Clean room, excellent air conditioning, good bathroom. Bus 790 goes right from the hostel door to city center. Also taxi station very close, taxi to airport costed 9e. Small food shop on the opposite side of the street. Helpful, friendly personnell. Continental breakfast is OK. Overall, very good value for the money. I would definitely stay there again. Quite small room floor area, but the ceiling is high. One had to wait a minute or so in the morning before hot water streamed along the pipes from the boiler to the shower. Poor breakfast juice quality. |

The breakfast is really good and varied, the rooms are clean and the bathroom complete of everything you need. There's also a bus stop in front of the hostel 790, which takes you directly to the city centre. The staff is very kind and helpful. |

Friendly personnel, bed has enough length for Northern European people. A hand held shower is not very conveniant, neither is the constant slight BBQ-smell in the corridors. |

It was a very good choice for a reasonably priced hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Only that they advertised a shuttle from the airport and then didn't supply this. But I mentioned this to them while I was there. |

Staff excellent. Only problem was very smelly bidet, very smelly. Not mentioned to staff, but we should have. Only the smelly bidet, which made it hard to sleep even with bathroom door shut. |

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast is pretty decent. The location is good although not in the heart of Baxia but bus 790 will take me right into it. Overall, it was a good experience for the price. The breakfast room is way too small for the size of the hotel. There were too many people packing into a tiny place. |

Good, clean room, with all the required facilities. Breakfast - small, but acceptable. Very nice decoration of the corridors. Staff speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Polish, French (different people, of course). Taxi stop and food shop near by. Close to tourist attractions. Balcony doors not tight - cold at night if conditioning is not on for heating. Conditioning very noisy. |
