1500 ft from Marquês de Pombal Square and its metro station, this reasonably-priced hotel offers simply decorated rooms with balconies. The lounge has traditional Portuguese tiles and a fireplace.

Excellent value for money!
Clean room and excellent staff
We booked a 4 bedded room for 4 retired ladies . It was disappointing to find that we had only 2 single beds and 2 put ups . The photos lead me to believe that we would have 4 beds with full mattresses . I wouldn't hesitate to book a double room or a 4 bedded as a family room but wouldn't, book 4 bedded room for 4 adults
Close to communication in Lisbon. Quiet in the night.
Limited space out of beds.
so small room for three persons with lot of baggage
Not easy to park in front of the hotel. There are parking 500 meters down on the same street next to the police, left side - only 5.30 euro per day!!! Not big rooms, but enough. Clean rooms.
Absolutely no Air, there are rooms with the window faced in the internal space of the building that is closed. always minimum 30 °C in the room
This time I did not want to stay right in the centre as it can get busy and you only seem to see tourists and not local life, This place is perfect cheap, room are big and the area has some nice restaurants. I walked to the centre, (thanks to an app with maps that does not need wifi), although the hotel is up a hill, took me 10 minutes to rossio and 20 to barrio alto. the metro is 5 minutes walk when you need
you have to pay extra to get the room cleaned
All of the above.
No kettle in room but then it is a hostel.
Rooms next to the reception are very noisy
very friendly, helpful, English speaking personal not too far from the center
very narrow corridors (barely managed to leave the elevator with my suitcase) view out of the window = wall, no fresh air because of smells from the kitchen a bit noisy
Not far from the tube station. Excellent value for money we had a double bed with en suite for just €25. Staff friendly and helpful. Free Wi Fi. Local resturants near by although not much else. Nearby Italian/Napal served very nice food at a good price. Would come here for a longer stay.
You had to pay to use the pc in the lobby area. Couldn't see much in the local area but we didn't go far and its near the tube anyway.
excellent value for money, very good room, spacious bathroom, two large windows overlooking the street, conveniently located as Picoas metro station is quite close
the room was just next to the reception, and people checking-in in the middle of the night wake you up. the first night I was woken three times despite the fact I was already wearing ear plugs. there are many backpackers as this hotel is also classified as a hostel, and backpackers are usually noisy. do not accept rooms by the reception if you want to sleep, and be aware that overall the rooms are very different: the good ones are those overlooking the street
young ladies at the reception desk were most helpful. After complaints, we have been move to more suitable room. This hotel/hostel has great location, and really offers great value for money. We enjoyed our stay!
at first, we were in a room wit the windows facing internal corridor, without natural light or ventilation. Although there is A/C in the room, it was very unpleasant for longer stay. But after we complained, we got the room with the street view, which was just perfect!
Coffee shop below starts the day right. room is decent for the lowest avail 4 days away.
Stayed too short, only 2 days, to find out any.
Nothing to complain.
The staff was eager to help, they spoke decent English. Location was not too bad, the parking was about 200 meters away, next to a police station. You only have to pay 7 Euro between 7am and 10pm. After 10 PM the gate is open and the attendant is gone.
It's a hostal. So, if you are in your 20s and need a place to crash for a night, this pace would work. Otherwise, keep looking.
I had a bed.
Bathroom was dirty Hotel was hot Location is poor and area is very rough and run down
Nice rooms with clean bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, many thanks to them for their help. Would recommend to anyone .
Tha beds were hard, no parking
We arrived in Lisbon at 5:30 am by bus from Seville. Reached the hotel by about 6:30am and although the check in was only at 2:30 the hotel staff were very kind to give us our room around 9:30am. They saw us sleeping on the couch in the reception area and felt sorry for us. Either way it was very nice of them. The room we got was very big, especially the toilet. The bustop is right outside the hotel and it is takes straight to the center. The taxi ride is not too expensive as well.. Superb value for money.. could not have asked for anything more affordable in Lisbon!
The location although is not bad is not near the center.. it takes about 15 mins so if you want to stay right in the city center i would not recommend this.
The hotel room was basic, but clean. Good air conditioning. Nice staff.
It is not as close to the center as desired, but there are some good restaurants nearby.
I loved the hostel, 100% recommended. The staff was really nice and kind, specially the girl who was at the reception in the mornings. She explained everything to us. Everything was clean. Very good. :)
The only thing We didn't like during our stay was... The city!!! Everything was far from everything!!! The only thing we really like is the Belém area. The tower of Belém and the Mosteiro dos clérigos were the only things that made worth the visit of the city. We have been in Porto as Well, and there are no doubts. If You can choose, just go to Porto (it's so much better) ;)
Best quality for money.
Bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel is suitable for overnight sleeping, but don't expect more.
The room description may not give adequate information whether you have a street window or not - the latest option is not mentioned (internal window to the corridor should be kept closed anyway).
Location; we stayed in a 5-bed room for € 50, which is a bargain
Staff are unattentive, although it is expectable in what is really a budget hostel
