It was a very good choice for a reasonably priced hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Only that they advertised a shuttle from the airport and then didn't supply this. But I mentioned this to them while I was there.

Nice and helpful staff, good value for money

We really liked it.

Good, clean room, with all the required facilities. Breakfast - small, but acceptable. Very nice decoration of the corridors. Staff speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Polish, French (different people, of course). Taxi stop and food shop near by. Close to tourist attractions.

Balcony doors not tight - cold at night if conditioning is not on for heating. Conditioning very noisy.

It was ok, nice staff and you have enough privacy

Its not the nicest neigbourhood at nigh but we felt safe.

Very nice and helpfull staff, rooms are tide and gives excellent return for the price. Hotel is placed near to local ammenities and close to bus and metro stations.

I liked the good value for the small amount of money.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful - just lovely people. The hotel was close to public transportation and actually quite close to the downtown core so there were times when we could walk to our destination.

The breakfast was a bit lacking. Weak coffee and horrible fruit juice (we think it was fruit drink as opposed to actual juice). The beds were quite squeaky as well. But neither of these things would stop us from visiting again.
