Hotel was very clean and staff helpful, some spoke very good English.We arrived around 11 a.m. and since the room was ready and available we were allowed to check in., could never have found it without help from very nice locals that drove us there after having asked for directions. Only complaint would be the very loud and annoying security alarm that went off late at night and lasted 6-7 minutes before they were able to turn it off. Also the location was not as good as we would have liked. |

Sehr freundliche Aufnahme, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Dame an der Rezeption sprach sogar deutsch. Das Hotel war einfach, aber sauber und zweckmaessig, Internet funktionierte excellent und das Fruehstueck zum Preis von 4 EUR war sehr gut. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis. Ich wuerde dieses Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen. Die Lage des Hotels ist leider etwas ausserhalb in einer sehr unattraktiven Gegend - man muss schon mit dem Auto sein. Im Zimmer haetten weniger Betten, dafuer mehr Stuehle sein koennen. |

Vriendelijk personeel. Een toevoeging voor het hotel. Aanbeveling: het zou niet verkeerd zijn als ze allemaal B.V. engels of een andere taal kunnen spreken. Maakt communicatie een stuk makkelijker. De buren, van het hotel, hebben een hond die vooral s'avonds en s'nachts nognal luiddruchtig is.Slechte internet verbinden. Het biljart is niet te gebruiken. Een makkelijke stoel op de kamer zou fijn zijn. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la limpieza, zona bastante tranquila y sin límite de hora de llega a partir de las 14 horas. 1-Ofertan habitación doble cuando en realidad son dos camas individuales "arrimadas".2-No se pudo contactar con el personal de recepción.3-Sin aparcamiento suficiente para los vehículos de los clientes. |

La atención del personal del hotel. Y los detalles que tienen como el ofrecerte una bebida según llegas, un ciste echo de toallas en la cama, o una flor natural en un jarron..peqeños detalles... me cobraron la primera noche sin avisar y despues el resto a mi salida... el hotel es como un hostal español pero con una estrella.. está situado a las afueras de setubal en un barrio no muy bueno.. |

Pulizia, cordialità del personale, confort. L'Hotel dispone di un parcheggio antistante l'ingresso con videosorveglianza. Hotel molto comodo per chi ha l'auto, ma distante dal centro per chi ne è sprovvisto. |

Es un hotel muy independiente, para el que quiera discrección, está muy bien. Limpio. Las bebidas son muy economicas.La habitación disponen de bomba de calor.Se nota que el "Residencial" ha sido renovado, porque todo está nuevo. Calidad/Precio muy bueno. El que vaya buscando una bañera en el baño de las habitaciones no la encontrará. La televisión es de 14" (pero vamos, no creo que se vaya a un hotel a ver la tele). |

Von (deutscher) Frauenhand geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, erstaunlich ruhig trotz verkehrsgünstiger Lage am Rand der Großstadt Setubal, nur 50 km vom Flughafen / kostenloses W-LAN im ganzen Haus / Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Marmelade / fair kalkulierte Getränkepreise Wahrlich nichts zu meckern! |
