The staff was very friendly and helpful (and can speak English!). A glass of wine was offered to us when we checked-in. The room was big and spacious. It is quiet and there is on site car park. Far from the town centre and main beaches, only accessible by car.

We appreciated the helpfulness and flexibility of the reception staff, especially that of "Estelle". The rooms are simple but very clean and bed linen & towels are changed regularly. Also, fresh bread rolls supplied daily and being able to boil water in a kettle for tea! The folding door separating our bedroom (103) and en-suite bathroom cannot be opened/closed quietly; therefore one has to choose between waking the other person or lack of privacy. Really difficult at night. N.B. We can't speak for the other rooms. Tv could only be watched at an awkard angle unless beds were moved around.

Staff was very helpful in giving us tips where to go. Hotel is nice free wi fi however no strong recepction on the second floor therfore We used the lobby. 42 inch led screen which we did not use..... Rooms airconditioned and spacious. No lift and my girlfriend did not like the colour fo the floor (bright orange)

Bom atendimento, quartos confortáveis, casas de banho asseadas. Tendo em conta que se trata de um Hotel/Residencial de 4estrelas poderia haver mais artigos de higiene pessoal nos quartos, nomeadamente escovas de dentes descartáveis e pasta de dentes, toucas para cabelo e chinelos descartáveis. Isto porque o facto de ir passar a noite a um sitio destes pode não ser uma estadia premeditada e sim uma ocorrência de ultima hora e os hospedes não estarem prevenidos.

Preço. Não ter elevador e as escadas serem estreitas e com degraus desnivelados. 4Eur por pessoa pelo peq. Almoço parece-me descabido, tendo em conta o tipo de hotel e o preço do quarto.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen schönen Pool mit einer sehr großen Wiese, auf der mein Sohn Fußballspielen konnte. 'Leider spricht das Personal kein Wort Englisch oder Französisch. Besonders morgen riecht es sehr stark nach Gülle.

El trato del personal fue muy bueno (en portugues e inglés) y la relación calidad precio muy buena. La zona en la que se encuentra es muy tranquila, por las noche ni un sólo ruido. La cama era gigante. Totalmente a las afueras de Setúbal (obligatorio usar vehículo para ir al centro). No tenía wifi que funcionase y por ello dejaban unos portátiles a quién lo solicitaba.
