Atmosféra budovy, ucházející snídaně pro max.1 denní pobyt. Žádná skříň, žádný stůl, žádná židle na pokoji, extrémně stísněná koupelna a WC na pokoji, pidiumyvadýlko pro trpaslíky (u ostatních pokojů společné koupelny a WC na chodbě). Výhled z okna do zdevastovaného dvora. Dobré tak na 1 noc. |

Hotel vcelku pekny, cena odpovida kvalite. Klimatizace byla v cene, takze je mozne v pohode zavrit okna a eliminovat tak hluk z ulice. Snidane kontinentalni klasika. Jen pokoj byl ponekud stisneny, jedna skrin a postele, ocenil bych alespon 1-2 zidle. |

Skromný hotel s velmi dobrou cenou. Pokoj byl menší, ale čistý. V hotelu je wifi, dostupná zejména z přízemí, ale chytal jsem ji i v určitých místech mého pokoje v 1. patře. Nebyl tam 100% klid. Přes stěny jde docela dobře slyšet všechny zvuky. |

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Keep serving the same coffee. The staff were friendly, and patient whenever i needed help. I was always welcomed to stay in the lounge with my luggage even after checkout. No, I can't think of anything. |

Staying at the Residencial Mar dos Açores Hotel made my first trip to Lisbon very pleasant. The temperature in the room was a little bit low. |

The hotel is set on a good location. Room was clean and staff very helpfull. Room was a bit noisy and it could use better level of maintenance as building is relatively old |

Nice hotel staff - willing to help you find the most actractive parts of the city. Good coffee at breakfast! Fair price for the services (including breakfasts). The room was pretty small, but I understood that it was actually a "regular" size for the country. No metro station nearby, but very close to bus stop. |

Breakfast was included! In general,the room was small and dirty (we found some insects in the room!!!!!) We were in a room downstairs and it was too noisy( it was next to reception and the dining room. |

Open 24 hours/day. Not so far from the city. Cheap. Not always easy to find a place to park, but not impossible. The room was not so clean. The breakfast was not so bad, but still less than average. Very noisy, from inside as from outside. |

It is close to public transport. The hotel is cheap and comfortable and breakfast is included in the price. I felt safe as a lone traveller. The breakfast was served too late so I did not have any. The staff were not helpful in offering any alternative. |

I stayed at the hotel for a week and I found it to be quite noisy. I had trouble sleeping properly there. I complained to three different members of staff about it but nothing changed. I suggested they put up a notice asking people to keep the noise down at night but they didn't do so. I also found the location to not be great. If you're coming from the city centre, it's an uphill climb - not great if you are walking with your luggage. |

decent location only 5-10 minute walk to metro plus bus stop right outside the hotel. Nice clean room and great value for money, perfect for the budget concious traveller. |

my room was very small , maybe 2.5 x2.5 meter ,so I did not like it , last year I was there also it was better , if I will go there I never take the room with shared bathroom and I never take room number 5 - grandfloor, noisy early morning ..... |

I have always chosen this hotel during my Lisbon's visits (7 times). Unfortunatealy year by year this place becomes worse, f.eg breakfasts. I know that for my next visit in Lisbon I will choose other place.. |
