En yngre mand i receptionen var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Han gennemgik forskellige muligheder i området for os. Han talte et godt engelsk til forskel fra de øvrige. Det var en stor hjælp. Jeg havde af en fejl bestilt dobbeltværelse uden bad. Han forsøgte at hjælpe, fandt dog ingen løsning. Da jeg bestilte et dobbeltværelse, kunne jeg ikke se nogen mulighed for at vælge to enkeltsenge. Det har ærgret mig, da vi fik en dobbeltseng, som vi ikke ønskede. Kan bestillingsmulighederne ikke gøres lidt klarer?Morgenmaden var god og altid klar til tiden. |

Den receptionist som modtog os, var fremragende. Vi var en gruppe på 10 med 5 værelser og han tilbød turistvejledning samlet efter ankomsten, hvilket bidrog i høj grad til successen på vort ophold. morgenmaden var ligeledes glimrende. Vi havde misforstået at double room var med en seng. Vi var kede af ikke at have forstået at der skulle stå twin room. Måske er dette et problem der skyldes hjemmesiden og ikke hotellet. |

Det var fint, værelset meget lille for 2 personer en hel uge, men rent og rigtig god service. Personalet i receptionen venlige og utrolig hjælpsomme på alle tider at døgnet.Morgen mad perfekt. et lille hyggeligt sted, hvor man får megte for pengene. |

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Keep serving the same coffee. The staff were friendly, and patient whenever i needed help. I was always welcomed to stay in the lounge with my luggage even after checkout. No, I can't think of anything. |

I liked that it was cheap and the quality of the breakfast was acceptable. My room was too small and not so comfortable, although I must admit it's OK for the price. |

Nice hotel staff - willing to help you find the most actractive parts of the city. Good coffee at breakfast! Fair price for the services (including breakfasts). The room was pretty small, but I understood that it was actually a "regular" size for the country. No metro station nearby, but very close to bus stop. |

The rooms were clean. There were plenty of available bathrooms. The breakfast was fine. The cost was minimal. |

Breakfast was included! In general,the room was small and dirty (we found some insects in the room!!!!!) We were in a room downstairs and it was too noisy( it was next to reception and the dining room. |

Open 24 hours/day. Not so far from the city. Cheap. Not always easy to find a place to park, but not impossible. The room was not so clean. The breakfast was not so bad, but still less than average. Very noisy, from inside as from outside. |

It is close to public transport. The hotel is cheap and comfortable and breakfast is included in the price. I felt safe as a lone traveller. The breakfast was served too late so I did not have any. The staff were not helpful in offering any alternative. |

I stayed at the hotel for a week and I found it to be quite noisy. I had trouble sleeping properly there. I complained to three different members of staff about it but nothing changed. I suggested they put up a notice asking people to keep the noise down at night but they didn't do so. I also found the location to not be great. If you're coming from the city centre, it's an uphill climb - not great if you are walking with your luggage. |

decent location only 5-10 minute walk to metro plus bus stop right outside the hotel. Nice clean room and great value for money, perfect for the budget concious traveller. |

my room was very small , maybe 2.5 x2.5 meter ,so I did not like it , last year I was there also it was better , if I will go there I never take the room with shared bathroom and I never take room number 5 - grandfloor, noisy early morning ..... |

I have always chosen this hotel during my Lisbon's visits (7 times). Unfortunatealy year by year this place becomes worse, f.eg breakfasts. I know that for my next visit in Lisbon I will choose other place.. |

My staying at the hotel Residencial Mar dos Açores was comfortable. It was very nice to deal with lovely and friendly people as staffs.They were always ready to help. This hotel is located rather close to historical center of Lisbon.The hotel suits for travellers who are easygoing:).You can have a good breakfast and smooth bed there.I felt a kind care of me like at home.Faithfully Sveta ( Moscow Russia) |

The people of the hotel is very nice and friendly, the location is a quite far from the metro, but you can walk 10 - 15 minutes from the Picoas station. |
