1)どのスタッフも英語は十分通じ、さりげなく親切で感じがよかった。2)中心街へも地下鉄やバスなどです- ぐに出れる。3)ポルトガル価格なのかもしれないが宿泊料金が安いのは魅力。 1)エレベーターがないので、上階の部屋に泊まる場合荷物の上げ下ろしがちょっと厳しい。2)最寄り駅から- ホテルへの道路は、舗装が不十分+坂道が多いので、スーツケースの車輪が大分痛みます。また、夜は街灯が十- 分ない道もあったりします(これはホテルのせいではありませんが、周辺情報として) |

metroのpicoasから徒歩10分位で、バス停などはすぐ近くにある。ホテルの従業員は皆親切で、と- ても感じがいい。 |

立地は多少難ありですが、タクシー移動のためそこまで気になりませんでした。ホテルフロントの人は（私が英- 語が得意ではないせいかもしれませんが）割と無愛想でした。ただしお願いしたことは迅速に対応してくれまし- た。部屋はせまいですが、それなりに清潔・内装もシンプルですが可愛らしく、ＣＰは良いと思います。 他の部屋の人の移動（足音・水回りの音）がかなり響くため、朝四時頃に目覚めてしまいました。一日だけの宿- 泊だったので早起き出来て良かったけれど毎日だと少々つらいかもしれません。 |

２４時間スタッフが対応してくれるので何かあっても大丈夫です。しかも皆さん暖かく居心地がいいです。 |

市内中心から多少離れてはいるが近くにバス停があり便利。メトロ駅は10分程度かかる。部屋に洗面台もつい- ていて清潔。低料金でビュッフェ朝食も付いていて満足でした。 しいて言えば、エレベーターがないこと。 |

12月に1泊25ユーロのシャワー共用の部屋に宿泊したが、窓があまりきれいとは言いがたい隣の建物との間- の狭い中庭にめんしていた。ドアが薄く、廊下を歩く音や、共用トイレを使う音がそのまま聞こえる。それを除- けば、快適にすごく事が出来た。 なお、ホテルが面している前の道路は一日中静かな所なので、道路に面した部屋でも静かだと思われる。 地下鉄最寄駅AnjosまたはPicoasからは結構な坂道を登る必要がある（丘の頂上付近にある）。- 荷物が多い人には辛いんじゃないかな。 無線LAN（無料）は1階のソファーの所か食堂でしか電波強度が不足して使えない。 朝食はチーズとハム、パンのビュッフェ形式だった。 |

1人旅行者にはとてもコストパフォーマンスの高い宿だと思います。地下鉄pombalからはかなり坂を登り- 距離もありましたが、picoasからは近く慣れれば便利でした。宿の周りにも手頃なﾚｽﾄﾗﾝがあり良か- ったです。繁華街へは数駅地下鉄に乗る必要がありますが、宿の安さは魅力です。 |

Open 24 hours/day. Not so far from the city. Cheap. Not always easy to find a place to park, but not impossible. The room was not so clean. The breakfast was not so bad, but still less than average. Very noisy, from inside as from outside. |

It is close to public transport. The hotel is cheap and comfortable and breakfast is included in the price. I felt safe as a lone traveller. The breakfast was served too late so I did not have any. The staff were not helpful in offering any alternative. |

I stayed at the hotel for a week and I found it to be quite noisy. I had trouble sleeping properly there. I complained to three different members of staff about it but nothing changed. I suggested they put up a notice asking people to keep the noise down at night but they didn't do so. I also found the location to not be great. If you're coming from the city centre, it's an uphill climb - not great if you are walking with your luggage. |

decent location only 5-10 minute walk to metro plus bus stop right outside the hotel. Nice clean room and great value for money, perfect for the budget concious traveller. |

value for money,convenient to transport,good buffet breakfast,english speaking staff,safe residential area. bedroom very close to reception area and kitchen meant it was sometimes noisy at morning and night. |

my room was very small , maybe 2.5 x2.5 meter ,so I did not like it , last year I was there also it was better , if I will go there I never take the room with shared bathroom and I never take room number 5 - grandfloor, noisy early morning ..... |

I have always chosen this hotel during my Lisbon's visits (7 times). Unfortunatealy year by year this place becomes worse, f.eg breakfasts. I know that for my next visit in Lisbon I will choose other place.. |

My staying at the hotel Residencial Mar dos Açores was comfortable. It was very nice to deal with lovely and friendly people as staffs.They were always ready to help. This hotel is located rather close to historical center of Lisbon.The hotel suits for travellers who are easygoing:).You can have a good breakfast and smooth bed there.I felt a kind care of me like at home.Faithfully Sveta ( Moscow Russia) |

The people of the hotel is very nice and friendly, the location is a quite far from the metro, but you can walk 10 - 15 minutes from the Picoas station. |
