Residencial Mar dos Açores

1)どのスタッフも英語は十分通じ、さりげなく親切で感じがよかった。2)中心街へも地下鉄やバスなどです- ぐに出れる。3)ポルトガル価格なのかもしれないが宿泊料金が安いのは魅力。

1)エレベーターがないので、上階の部屋に泊まる場合荷物の上げ下ろしがちょっと厳しい。2)最寄り駅から- ホテルへの道路は、舗装が不十分+坂道が多いので、スーツケースの車輪が大分痛みます。また、夜は街灯が十- 分ない道もあったりします(これはホテルのせいではありませんが、周辺情報として)

立地は多少難ありですが、タクシー移動のためそこまで気になりませんでした。ホテルフロントの人は（私が英- 語が得意ではないせいかもしれませんが）割と無愛想でした。ただしお願いしたことは迅速に対応してくれまし- た。部屋はせまいですが、それなりに清潔・内装もシンプルですが可愛らしく、ＣＰは良いと思います。

他の部屋の人の移動（足音・水回りの音）がかなり響くため、朝四時頃に目覚めてしまいました。一日だけの宿- 泊だったので早起き出来て良かったけれど毎日だと少々つらいかもしれません。

市内中心から多少離れてはいるが近くにバス停があり便利。メトロ駅は10分程度かかる。部屋に洗面台もつい- ていて清潔。低料金でビュッフェ朝食も付いていて満足でした。

しいて言えば、エレベーターがないこと。

12月に1泊25ユーロのシャワー共用の部屋に宿泊したが、窓があまりきれいとは言いがたい隣の建物との間- の狭い中庭にめんしていた。ドアが薄く、廊下を歩く音や、共用トイレを使う音がそのまま聞こえる。それを除- けば、快適にすごく事が出来た。　　なお、ホテルが面している前の道路は一日中静かな所なので、道路に面した部屋でも静かだと思われる。　　地下鉄最寄駅Anjos‎またはPicoas‎からは結構な坂道を登る必要がある（丘の頂上付近にある）。- 荷物が多い人には辛いんじゃないかな。　　無線LAN（無料）は1階のソファーの所か食堂でしか電波強度が不足して使えない。　　朝食はチーズとハム、パンのビュッフェ形式だった。

フロントの対応が親切で好感が持てます。

Nice hotel staff - willing to help you find the most actractive parts of the city. Good coffee at breakfast! Fair price for the services (including breakfasts).

The room was pretty small, but I understood that it was actually a "regular" size for the country. No metro station nearby, but very close to bus stop.

Breakfast was included!

In general,the room was small and dirty (we found some insects in the room!!!!!) We were in a room downstairs and it was too noisy( it was next to reception and the dining room.

It is close to public transport. The hotel is cheap and comfortable and breakfast is included in the price. I felt safe as a lone traveller.

The breakfast was served too late so I did not have any. The staff were not helpful in offering any alternative.

decent location only 5-10 minute walk to metro plus bus stop right outside the hotel. Nice clean room and great value for money, perfect for the budget concious traveller.

my room was very small , maybe 2.5 x2.5 meter ,so I did not like it , last year I was there also it was better , if I will go there I never take the room with shared bathroom and I never take room number 5 - grandfloor, noisy early morning .....

I have always chosen this hotel during my Lisbon's visits (7 times). Unfortunatealy year by year this place becomes worse, f.eg breakfasts. I know that for my next visit in Lisbon I will choose other place..
