Great location, steps away from the main central squares. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay there again. Excellent value. No lift, tiny shower (neither of which bothered us, but I imagine they could bother others). |

the bathroom was very luxury, the breakfast was very rich and the staff very pleasant. the room vas too small with old furniture and we had no wiew through our little window, we looked into the wall which was a meter from the window |

Location was excellent, close to Rossio, Baixa and Bairro Alto districts. Hotel was basic but clean, with good selection of self-serve breakfast. No lift, so would not recommend to older guests. |

It is a very clean place anf for real it should be of 4 stars.The staf was very kind and they did all their best in order to satisfy and help their guests. Like in all the occidental countries they liked very much living in cold (19 degrees C).until the room got hot it lasted two days.The same was at breakfast hall. The air condition was working badly |

The staff was kind and honest. I left my watch in my room when i checked out, and they returned it when I went back. I would stay there again anytime! The stairs a pain if you had lots of luggage. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The central location is excellent Because there is no lift, there is a lot of noise from people going up the stairs. I was on a room by the stairs on the first night and had to ask for a change of rooms the next day (it was a Saturday so some noise is to be expected, but this went on nearly all night). The second room I had was a bit better. If you are a light sleeper, then ask for a room as far from the stairs as possible |
