O quarto era muito limpo e confortável. A localização é excelente.

O único ítem que farei restrição será ao box de banho. Muito apertado e perigoso para qualquer pessoa, principalmente se for idosa, gorda, etc.

A localização é ótima, bem próxima ao metro. O pessoal é muito gentil e atencioso. O pequeno almoço oferecido também é excelente, bem variado.

Gostei bastante da simpatia dos funcionários e da localização central.

A banheira do nosso quarto era minúscula e a minha irmã, que tinha tido um acidente recentemente, teve grande dificuldade em entrar e sair num espaço tão reduzido.

location to central lisbon was perfect. It was not right in the centre but only about a 5 minute walk. Nice and quiet, hotel staff were helpful and gave us good directions/recommendations for dinner.

Rooms were a bit dated and the breakfast was pretty average.

This hotel was basic - that is for sure. However, the location was excellent for the main area of Baixa and was close enough to public transport to easily get to all other areas. Whilst the room was basic, it was also spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very good in both size and cleanliness. I could not fault any of the staff whilst we were there, knowledgeable and helpful - and always a smile it seemed. Breakfast was mostly continental but with a little extra that made it all ok. For me - an interesting range of teas which was great to see as I do not drink coffee. For anyone on a budget stay who wants to be close to it all - stay here but be prepared to have a room on the fourth floor without a lift.

I was aware that the hotel did not have a lift as this is in their description of the hotel. However, on our arrival the kindly receptionist carried our heaviest bag upstairs for us - and so not really an issue for us.

The reception desk staff, both on the evening I arrived and on the following morning were very pleasant and professional. The bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom with good shower. I was surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was.

The bathroom had a very nasty smell! The family room for 5 persons was rather small.

Excellent location, fridge in the family room, big room, helpful staff at reception

Bad smell in the bathroom (drainage), old wooden beds make noise each time when you turn, you could not close the bathroom properly, small wardrobe

The hotel i situated in a very good place in the cenre of Lisbon. It is a very good place for visiting Lisboa.

The staff was great. Value for money :)
