Great location and value for money, although being neighbored by two five-stars makes it look a bit shabby in contrast. The walls must be very thin, as you hear most of what's going on in adjacent rooms or the hallways. We could not get the AC to respond to the remote. |

The Hotel was near Bus Stop and Citi Tour bus.The breakfast was nice. At arrival day,the receptionist was not so kind.I booked a business room with view at the park,and I got a normal double room at the other side. The guy did't seem to be happy that he had to change the room.We got a room where the A.C. didn't work,so we were freezing. The other day another receptionist changed us the room,where the A.C. worked.Room are extremely small.We could'nt even open your luggages... |

Location is good and staff was helpful.The room was exceptionally tidy and well cleaned daily. The room size could be better.Breakfast was every morning just as the day before (ie. some change eg fried eggs for scrambled and so on) |

It is a fair 3 stars hotel. I guess it achieves all the expectations that a person should have when you think of a 3 stars hotel. The shower is very good and it even has a bathtub in the toilet. Staff is all right and helpful with informations. The breakfast was a bit boring and the coffee was below portuguese standarts. They should replace the coffee machine. And it is a bit of a hike when walking back from the metro station, since the hotel is placed on a slope. |

Receptionist Manuel was extremelly helpful and friendly, helped a lot with information that we might have never known from books. Hotel room was quite small and for 9 nights we got a room on the first floor, however expected to get one on an upper floor if we spent there that many nights. |

Stayed in Family room with 4 person. we felt good h space, enjoyed view to the park and breakfast, and satisfied with price. need to climb up the hill from from metro. breakfast was decent but same and thus it would be a bit board if your stay goes over 3 days. |

The hotel is located in a nice place in the city. Not far from the metro atation although you should go through a hill side. The room is nice with a balcony toward the park but it is very small. Breakfast is standard the coffe is horrible. A hotel just to sleep in. The room is too small. One little elevator to the whole hotel. The hotel is located on a hillside. |

It was very nice stay. Nice and responsive staff, ready to advice and help to make your stay in SANA Rex hottel pleasant and comfortable. We had with as our 11 month old baby - that was realy agreeably, that attention to baby was paid in very high level. Clear and in carefull manner serviced rooms. |

The hotel was located close to the main tour bus stop. The breakfast was good. We were put on the 9th floor. I had booked a Jr. Suite with a balcony and park view. Turned out to be two very small rooms and an extremely small bathroom. There was no restaurant or food service (other than breakfast) in the hotel. |

The Sana Rex Hotel is located very closed to the nice "Parque Henrique VII" in a quiet area. It can be reached easily by metro and bus. You can also walk into the center what takes you only 15minutes.The Lounge is small but nicely arranged as well as the rooms. Despite the room is quite small as well as the bathroom, it is furnished homely and you feel confortably on the quite new inventory. We particularly enjoyed the vast breakfast buffet were you could find at least three different kinds of rolls, croissants, jam, honey as well as ham, cheese, beacon, eggs, tomatoes and sausagges. The fresh fruit, cereals, milk and joghurt completed the rich choise of food. All in all a very good price/performance ratio ! At first, the really unfriedly stuff is to notice: We were really annoyed about the snide attitude towards us and the other guests. As we needed urgent help to find a dentist, they weren't motivatet to help us. Not a nice gesture! The next thing to mention is the cleaning of the room: It may be unintentionally but the charlady forgot to clean our room twice. After we complained about that, it was cleaned immediately |

this is truly a room with a view! the above average environmental procedures stand out especially in the tastefully decorated powder room. Clean fresh scent throughout the room! The caring staff went the extra mile to provide superior service! After inspection of the room I immediately asked to go to another hotel, Later that evening there was a sewage gas leak in the bathroom that destroyed some of our clothing. The hotel staff told me previously that a refund or transfer to another room was not possible as they were "all booked up". Not all double rooms have a view only the highest floors have a marginal view. Hotel shows its age especially in the plumbing department. |

The room was nice, clean, with a balcony and beautiful view over the City and the Park Edward VII. Cleaning was done every day and towels were changed everyday as well. The cleaning staff was very attentive to our needs. Location was excellent, very close to M. de Pombal Square, from where you can access all the main attractions. Breakfast was excellent! A sewage smell was permanently in the bathroom, coming from the bidet. The bathroom was also rather small. Too bad the hotel doesn't provide parking. There is some parking available in front of the hotel, but not always you can find a free spot. |
