His a good hotel to see Lisbon and it is a fair price for quality that we receive. Regards

The staff were great, changing our rooms so we had two rooms close to eachother and overlooking the park with a huge balcony, managing to treat us with both discretion and humour. Also giving advice on where to eat and visit. The view was splendid. The park across the road is perfect if you want a quiet place to go and sit and read, if you've got kids and want to take them somewhere to play, or you want to wander in the 'estufas' - huge covered nurseries with plants and trees. There were negatives (see below) but on the whole, if the price is right, I'd recommend staying here.

Don't even think of asking to use the internet - it cost 3E for half an hour for the slowest connection I have ever encountered. If you like good coffee you might need to give the breakfast a miss - they use the worst kind of automatic coffee machine. At least breakfast is served until 10.30, but after that you are on your own, there isn't any other food on offer in the hotel (we didn't try room service admittedly). The hotel is not right in the centre of town and it is on a slope so you will do a fair amount of walking if you don't want to use taxis to get into the centre - the nearest tube and bus stops are five to ten minutes walk away (only up hill one way of course !).

It was really great! the rooms were cosy and stylish, the hall and bar were deluxe and the staff was magnificent! I'm definitely booking in for my next trip to Lisboa!

Parking it's a bit of a problem because you have to use a public one.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, efficient and very good value.

My only complaint would be that the shower didn't work.

The service was the most appalling ever received in any hotel. As well as being overcharged, we wasted half a day of our three-day holiday in Lisbon waiting for the rooms to be ready - we expected to check in early afternoon but the rooms were 'almost ready' all of the way up to 7pm.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean and breakfast was includeed in price.

Room was small and got hot during nights, if we din't use air conditioning while sleeping. Wi-fi should be free for guests.

Good location, close to the center big shops and city-tour buses.

The breakfast should be better.

Good value, centrally located, attentive and obliging staff, spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast with good choice included in rate. No other meals served but concierge recommended marvellous local restaurant run by hotel's former chef where we had an excellent dinner
