Room comfortable and clean. Hotel centrally located. Good breakfast. Walk back up the hill from the Marques De Pomball square bit steep but not really a problem. Only about 5 to 10 minutes walk. Consierge arranged a site seeing trip/tour with a private driver - found to be very expensive if compared to available bus tours at almost twice the cost? Suggest you check available rates and tours before accepting hotel staff recommendations. |

As said in other reviews, great views. Breakfast was ample (but nothing too special) and for the location it was good value for money, I think (you get the same views as the Ritz Four Seasons which is just next door). Be aware that the walk to the metro station is about 250m on a hill - downhill going into town, but an uphill walk coming back. Ok for young fit people, but something to bear in mind for those less able to walk. |

It's situated near to the city center. 1. The breakfast in this hotel was really ok, but but being a hotel of this category it good have been better and there could have been e. g. bigger selection of breads and real coffee instead of the coffee machine. 2. There was a huge column in the middle of our room and it was really disturbing!! |

The reception were exceptionally helpful/friendly on our arrival as was the commissioner but found the staff in the breakfast room rather unfriendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice but my husband missed his toast, no bread just rolls. Unfortunately during our weekend there was some big conference in Lisbon and the bedroom/bathroom we occupied was on the small side and at the back of the hotel. |

All very adequate Small rooms;hard beds;monotonous breakfasts;no functioning restaurant; all (except one!) staff need to learn to smile and say Hello - or merely acknowledge your presence! |

The front of house staff were very friendly and hepful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We liked being opposite the parque and slightly away from the main centre. It was good to have a balcony. The en suite is small but space is a premium at city centres. |

Everything - food, service, locality, very very helpful staff The only slight drawback was travelling to and from Lisbon city centre which required a 250 metre walk up a failry sttepish hill - but not a major problem. |
