Good value for money, clean, good location - nearby the city center but in quiet area, good breakfast - a lot of fresh fruit, private balcony. Nice park near the hotel. Small rooms and bathrooms (clean though and you have everything you need), fan in the bathroom doesn't work, probably that's why we got bad smell in the bathroom from the beginning. Staff is not always polite except one guy (Joao). |

Great location, elegant hotel, friendly bilingual staff, and good value. I recommend it for business travellers. Room was a little cramped but ok for one person and certainly not uncommon for old European architecture. |

The view from the hotel is very nice if you have panoramic view room. The stuff was friendly. Rooms are quite small. The breakfast is not exceptional, but ok. |

Hotel is very close to the city centre, the staff are very kind and able to answer any question one might have about what to see, how to get there, etc. Rooms are clean and well equipped, and so is the rest of the hotel. |

The staff was ok, the porter had an exceptional attitude! The cleaning procedures seemed to take environmental issues a little bit more into account than the average. The breakfast was nice. The hotel building must be completely mouldy, so stuffy was the smell in the room and especially in the bathroom. With a mild case of asthma, I felt like choking going in the bathroom in the morning - so severer cases should really avoid this one. |
