Convenience, staff, big bedroom/ balcony, relaxed ambience, space, quiet, facilities. Arthur very welcoming and helpful, and Cristina gave us a pleasant send-off!

its a very great hotel.. can highly recommend it.. basketball,football,tennis facilities, a big pool, free wi-fi (on the public area), and a great staff.. they were always helpfull and friendly.. + the hotel was 5 min from the city centre and airport by car.. this is a great hotel.. the only thing they can do better is the wi-fi thing.. if you have to use wi-fi you have to go over to the restaurant, if they have wi-fi in the rooms also, that will be great..

Very welcoming staff! Proximity of the airport (15 minutes walk). Clean and quiet. Facility includes a pool and free wifi. Price... Nothing... Very good value for money.

Wonderful reception. Staff could not do enough to be helpful. Very nice restaurant, good menu and reasonable prices. Room basic but clean with it's own bathroom. Free parking and the drive to the airport was less than 5 minutes. A great experience. Will definitely be returning. Extensive wine menu but with limited availability.

Ideal for a stop over in Faro area and if you have a car for visiting other areas. Close to airport. Out of season the leisure facilities are closed so not necessarily good for holidays out of season

Facilities are beautiful, big maintained pool throughout the year. Forum Algarve mall ten minutes walk and Short taxi ride from the Faro airport. Quiet, charming neighborhood and the friendliest and most helpful staff!

The staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. Room was incredibly clean and comfortable - nice large bath, loads of hot water, great shower, well air-conditioned. Location very good for what I needed (close to the airport) Great value for money. It was a bit quiet but that was the time of year I'm sure, just before Christmas. Everything else was absolutely great.

Amazing location and facility. Couldn't believe how good it was for the price. Staff we're really helpful and friendly and Faro is a sweet little town. This trip/hotel gave us a much needed break from dreary busy London. Fully recommend.

Absolutely the best experience I've had so far. The hotel is lovely, clean, the rooms are huge and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. Faro and the beach can be reached easily by bus (if you don't have a car). The personnel of the hotel is simply the best. They did everything they could to make sure that I have an excellent time there. Was my best choice to choose this hotel!

Rooms are very clean and comfortable and our balcony was just amazing! Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Also very close to airport and old town. Reception staff is just great, so helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to meet Cristina and Luis :) Definitely we are going to be back!

Well organised and friendly with very good facilities for sport. Very well placed for airport in quiet attractive area. Very good accessibility and car parking. Steps to reception area for more mature/older people and notices for reception when entering for first time.

Very nice and helpful staff, good location, good value. No amenities in room (no kettle, no fridge, no minibar). Breakfast starts at 8:30, which is too late.

The reception staff were excellent and helped order taxis and their friendliness was superb. Helped us even there only 2 days. Quiet when we were there but all staff were very friendly.
