Hotel was spacious, well maintained and staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. In particular, staff were eager to ensure 100% satisfaction. Although the location was quite near to Vale do Lobo, unless you hire a car, getting around the area is not easy, especially in the heat of the day. |

Environment, surroundings, gardens around the hotel were beautiful. I also liked quietness there. The booking for the room was misleading: it was said that the room might accommodate more persons than it really could, and apparently it was much too small. Moreover, after staying there our legs came in a rash (not sure, maybe because of the bedding)! The shower near the swimming pool was not working. This would not be acceptable for a 5* hotel. |

the hotel staff were particularly friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the size and standard of rooms were excellent, location was perfect for the val de lobo and quinta areas the room service menu was very expensive 2 burgers and chips including 2 soft drinks and room service charge was approx £40.00 obviously not helped by the current exchange rate |

Desk Managers/staff extremely helpful and friendly. All staff very friendly. Nice bright, spacious and comfortable dining rooms, bar, terraces and lobby. Beach facilities good, quiet area but close to some good restaurants. Generally a most pleasant place to spend a week. Ensuite bathroom was a disappointment. Badly in need of upgrade. Badly stained and cracked plastic bath. Not what I would have expected from this calibre of hotel. |

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was great. There was some smell in the room that was very unpleasant and the window had to be open all the time. |

Very comfortable. Room service very quick. Majority of staff very friendly. Provided complimentary champagne and fruit on arrival as it was our honeymoon very expensive, even had to pay for bottled water which was surprising in a 5 star hotel. |

very nice surroundings and super staff Although we booked a garden view, we were put in our mind a long way from the acutal hotel itself, if we had stayed longer than 1 night, we would have moved and it is a good job it did not rain! |

Set among pine trees in Vale do Lobo, the hotel's white-washed buildings are low storey and discreetly woven into the landscape. |
Part of one of Portugal’s largest golfing resorts, these suites are located in the heart of Quinta da Lago and provide guests with luxurious accommodation in the Algarve. |
The hotel stands overlooking Praia da Falésia in the charming town of Olhos de Água, close to Albufeira in the Algarve. |
Overlooking São Rafael Beach, this 5-star hotel is only 5 minutes from Albufeira and together with its stunning surroundings, provides you with first-class facilities. |
