Ubicazione, piscina molto grande e pulita, ottimo servizio in camera. Assoluta mancanza di disciplina e controlli in piscina, teatro di schiamazzi e tuffi di tutti i tipi benchè espressamente vietati. Parcheggio senza ordine ed assegnazioni di posti. Breakfast non da 5 stelle. |

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was great. There was some smell in the room that was very unpleasant and the window had to be open all the time. |

Very comfortable. Room service very quick. Majority of staff very friendly. Provided complimentary champagne and fruit on arrival as it was our honeymoon very expensive, even had to pay for bottled water which was surprising in a 5 star hotel. |

very nice surroundings and super staff Although we booked a garden view, we were put in our mind a long way from the acutal hotel itself, if we had stayed longer than 1 night, we would have moved and it is a good job it did not rain! |

It was a very nice and comfortable hotel and the staff were excellent however it is fairly Isolated and I would recommend that you rent a car. There is a courtesy bus that goes to the shopping areas but if you have a car there are a lot more places to go and see. |

The bathroom was ok The white bulb lamps in the room were really bad and noisy. It doesn't make sense to have concentrated orange juice in the breakfast buffet when Algarve is known for its sweet oranges. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was a little isolated in that you couldn't walk to any shops or restaurants |
