Bathrooms a little disappointing eg - shower in bath with curtain.

The rooms were spotless and toiletries first class. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Excellent breakfast.

It was just a little too quiet. Please get rid of awful background music.

The quiet setting near areas for great bird-watching

Lack of choice of restaurants as it is off season.

The friendliness and location

Good rooms and lovely sheltered pool area. Very nice breakfast and good selection.

Expensive drinks at pool bar.

a bright, roomy, modern hotel with very friendly staff. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and you can dine outside overlooking the pool and garden area. it was a short drive, (probably a 5-10min walk) to the nearest beach which was secluded and had great views. quiet and comfortable, with options to have more luxury by using the spa or eating in the restaurant for evening meals.

The location close to the beach. The ambiance of the hotel, and thefriendlinessof all the staff. The food was excellent, also the service. The cleanliness of the whole hotel.

The only critism we have of the hotel was the extortionate price charged for a bottle. of water. We drank the Luke warm tap water which is fine but feel in a hot climate and a 5 star hotel an essential commodity like water should be cheaper.

Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Good quality musical entertainment with piano bar and local musicians on entertainment nights. Located in a central location for sight-seeing (requires transport). Nice local beach.

No tea/coffee facilities in rooms.

Everything. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent as are the staff and facilities.

Well the hotel was fab however would of preferred not to walk to the beach, would of liked an hotel on the beach.

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms were very often not cleaned till 4pm which is much too late especially as we left our rooms by 10 am daily.

The hotel is excellent, well located and the staff are very efficient and friendly. The hotel offers a pool and beach option and is located close to several great restaurants (Izzys, Caso da Quinta, Alambique, Ken Los) and golf courses. I would recommend the hotel as a good value high end place to stay in the Algarve

The staff were over and above what was expected. It is not a true 5 star hotel as in the dorchester/savoy mould but neither is the price so no one should complain. I paid £1200 for the week for my son and I and it was worth every penny. It was great value for money-great location and great staff. Thanks to the ria

the swimming pool was very crowded, too many children using the facilities despite A childrens pool. suggest clients avoid the school holidays if they are not in A family group.

Expensive (relatively)

This Hotel isn't on the beach, but is a very short walk to the beach, or they offer a free bus service to the beach. The staff are all wonderful! Very friendly, polite and helpful. The outdoor pool is the perfect size and temperature, although pretty deep. Food is lovely expecially the evening meals. We didn't eat in every night, but when we did I'd say their steak was by far better than the meant to be best steak in the area! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
