Very comfortable. Room service very quick. Majority of staff very friendly. Provided complimentary champagne and fruit on arrival as it was our honeymoon very expensive, even had to pay for bottled water which was surprising in a 5 star hotel. |

very nice surroundings and super staff Although we booked a garden view, we were put in our mind a long way from the acutal hotel itself, if we had stayed longer than 1 night, we would have moved and it is a good job it did not rain! |

It was a very nice and comfortable hotel and the staff were excellent however it is fairly Isolated and I would recommend that you rent a car. There is a courtesy bus that goes to the shopping areas but if you have a car there are a lot more places to go and see. |

The bathroom was ok The white bulb lamps in the room were really bad and noisy. It doesn't make sense to have concentrated orange juice in the breakfast buffet when Algarve is known for its sweet oranges. |

Location and quality of the hotel. It is a relaxing envirnoment Not really. We were allocated the wrong room on arrival but that was quickly changed. |

It is a lovely hotel but I would not give it a 5 star rating. It is a good 4 star. The Spa is beautiful but it is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The gym in the hotel is very poor. The staff were excellent and the service levels too. The gym. |
