Η πρόσβαση από και προς το αεροδρόμιο είναι πολύ εύκολη. Ένα ξενοδοχείο με τόσο μεγάλο αριθμό κλινών και 9 ορόφους δεν είναι δυνατόν να εξυπηρετείται με μόνο 2 ασανσέρ. Περίμενα αρκετές φορές μέχρι και 5 λεπτά για να βρω διαθέσιμη θέση στοασανσέρ, ειδικά κατά τη διάρκεια του πρωινού. |

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and are back because of the excellent size and value for the family size rooms. Even though the rooms could soon need renovation, it is a good value for money. Breakfast should have some fresh fruit, at least bananas. |

The room was a decent size and it was clean. The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly, offering great advice on how to get to beaches and explaining the various transport links from the hotel. There was a metro station very close by that went to all the best parts of town. The breakfast, whilst basic, was really tasty. My room was next to a train station (not an underground) and the 'sound-proof' windows didn't do much to mask the sound. The room was kind of basic and the bed was really uncomfortable - like a giant, firm bean bag. |

Very good value for money, when booked through Bookings.com. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. Quite central location with a subway station near by. Close to the airport. All was fine indeed. |

Spaciousness of the familiar rooms. Ideal for families and very close to the center by subway. The quality-to-price relationship is high and the breakfast very acceptable. The wi-fi in all the hotel was also wonderful. The parking is small and disconnected from the hotel. It is unconfortable to get the bagage from the car and take it to the room. |

Yes, in the checkout I was in a worry because my fly to another city and I paid the bill of the hotel and after I realized that they charge me one telephone call in 27.07.2009 - for EUROS 133,19 that I think is very expensive for one telephone call. I wrote them and till now I did not receive a repply from the about this matter. I hope you could help me in this case. |

The hotel was very good value and located close to the airport. The room was a good size. It is good for an overnight stop. A bit far from city centre and very few restaurants in the area. |

The staff were very friendly and knew many languages so made it very easy to communicate. They were also great for providing tourism information about Lisbon. |

We had a great quadruple room. Very nice room, lots of space, good beds. Breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant had a good selection of food and wine. |

very close to ariport, had nice price promo. more or less decent interior and service. wifi in the room did not work (though was promised), personel at the reception was really really "serious" and formal. |
