hotel located very close to metro station and about 10 min away from the airport! Breakfast was really good, the room was clean. This hotel has all facillities that we needed. |

The hotel looks better on the inside than on the outside. Convenient location. The walls are very thin and I could hear people passing in the hall all night. The outside of the hotel needs some renovation. The parking is far from the hotel. |

The hotel was near the airport and very close to metro station which was important for us, as we spent there last night in Lizbon. The room was quite big and comfortable, relation price vs. quality ok. |

The staff was extremely helpful and the dinners were very reasonably priced. Excellent location within walking distance to Campo Pequeno. Our room had a large patio overlooking the city. Bed mattress was hard, but not as hard as other hotels we've stayed. Traon traffic was noticable at night |

Good staff, good rooms, cleanliness is good. Isolation for noice beween rooms and corridor is poor. Late arriving guests disturbe the sleep of other guests because of this poor quality of the buildling. |

Free internet access in rooms (Using WIFI)
Evening receptionists/ bar staff unfriendly as they gave me the feeling that I was disturbing them when I dare to expect to check on or order a drink! Its a shame because the hotel its self is good value for the money one pays and its not too far from the centre and very close to the airport. I visit Lisbon at least twice a month but will not stay here again because of the unfriendly receptionists. |

coffee is awful, hardly any drawers for clothes, no clock, no iron/ironing board, doors are locked early night, staff not too friendly with people who have certain looks, room service food is limited. |
