We liked the location of the hotel, as it was very convenient for access to the metro and the hospital, which was the purpose of our short visit. |

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, in particular the coffee which has a quite disgusting taste. Perhaps you could change the brand of the coffee and /or the machine! |

Price was good for a large room. Staff attitude not the best, skimpy on (cheap) bathroom supplies, breakfast buffet limited. Pool is in basement and is depressing. Internet access was spotty and slow. |

My wife and I have 5 children and we were required to take two rooms. 5 minutes after our booking they called to tell us so their was no confusion on arrival. The rooms were very large and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff seemed preoccupied with admin and were not very friendly. The staff actually gave us bad advice on getting back to the airport by bus and we walked around Lisbon with our luggage for over an hour. |

Very good hotel especially for families. It is located in the center of Lisbon near to Metro Station. The services were outstanding. there is no adequate parking space (only 10 places). |

the hotel was great, it had an amazingly large room, breakfast buffet was good. it's location is seconds from a metro and train station. have to pay for jacuzzi and sauna (pool is free to use, only a few feet deep) |

Comfortable room with bathroom. Good hot breakfast buffet. Location near metro station Roma. The swimming pool is only 0,8 meter depth - only for children. The sauna is costs extra and not ready for use. |

We only stayed overnight between flights. We chose it because it is convenient for the airport. We were pleased to find that the breakfast coffee which has been very poor in the past is now much improved. There is only one elevator available for guests and sometimes one has to wait an unduly long time for it to arrive. I appreciate that there is not a lot that the management can do about this |

Great family room so close to the airport but not noisy (double glazed windows to the balcony). Only 5 minutes taxi ride to city centre. Very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast good.Would use it again if needing to stay near airport. Would go more central if not. |

staff were very friendly and helpful Didn't like the fact that i had to pay for the use of the sauna and jacuzzi. Never seen that before in other hotels that i've stayed in. Didn't like it at all. |
