Good value for money to serve as a convenient spot for an overnight stop between airport flights. The room was smart and clean and totally adequate for our needs. The staff were friendly and efficient. The evening dining and morning breakfast were also good.

The staff at Hotel Roma were very professional, helpful and nice. Our room was a good size, very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. It was Easter weekend, the hotel was full, but there were no noises or disturbances. Breakfast was good. Avons apprecie notre sejour a Hotel Roma. Employes tres sympathiques et prets a aider, chambre spacieuse et lits tres comfortables. Petit dejeuner copieux, et l'hotel est bien situe, pour prendre metro et train.

The staff was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us and were very attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable and even had two sets of doors to block out noise from the road.

I stay there just for one night, because it was close to the airport and not so expensive. The neiborhood is full of restaurants and I could see inside the hotel lots of families that went to Lisbon for the weekend. The wi-fi is not so nice - hard to connect and once connected is too slow.

We stayed at the hotel Roma overnight on our way to Brazil. I can only say that we were very pleasantly surprised with the standard of the hotel and the proximity to the airport. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant which again was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Restaraunt was resonably priced and served good food. Also willing to accomodate changes to dishes. Check-in process was the slowest Ive ever experienced. A number if people arrived at the same time and they seemed to be panicking and were disorganised. Many of the staff were abrupt bordering on rude when asked normal questions about taxis, breakfast serving times etc (aside from restaraunt staff who were good)

The best thing in the hotel is the location which is near to my competition club.The price was good to the hotel, and the train station is near to the hotel just 3 to 5 min. There is no gym in the hotel and there no siwwiming pool also, that was the missing thing in the hotel.

Clean rooms, just 10 meters away from the metro station, well organised staff. Great value. It should be a four star hotel I had no problem at all but there is a suburban railway line next to the hotel, so you can hear the train passing

I was surprised by the size of the room, which is huge for the four of us, especially after staying at a tiny room (also 3 *) in Coimbra. Everything is very clean, simple, but comfortable. It's very convenient for both metro within the ciy and train to Sintra. The breakfast was good enough for the money. Highly recommended if you have a family traveling. The beds are not comfortable and can use an upgrade.

Very friendly and very nice staff, Less than 5 minutes walk to Roma Metro Station, quick transport links to Airport and Central Lisbon. Would stay in this Hotel again. Cleaning Staff did not knock on door before coming into the room.

Predictable 3-star stay. Not luxurious but did not disappoint. Staff was helpful. Facilities were clean and efficient. We were looking for a mid-point between downtown and the airport, Roma provided that for us. Very handy to the Metro. We left the Baixa and got to the hotel in literally minutes; Great convenience because we'd already turned in our rental car.
