Excellent location for quiet, off-season break. hotel restrain ant was below standard for dinner compared to rest of facilities; although there are many excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Have stayed at the 'Classic Savoy Hotel' for over 30 yrs until it was demolished in 2010.The Royal Savoy was built on the marina of the old hotel about 8 yrs ago below the Classic Savoy. Standards have remained very high at the new hotel with public rooms a joy but the old hotel said ' Madeira '. like its next door hotel ,Reids. The 'Royal 'architecture could be any anywhere. nothing I hav'nt already said above !

большая и ухоженная территория в отличие от других отелей подобного класса. плохой выбор еды в одном ресторане на территории. это значит всего один ресторан не считая бара у бассейна.

Todos os funcionários são atenciosos e eficientes. A localização do hotel é ótima, perto do porto e da marina. Fácil acesso ao centro histórico da cidade. Pequeno almoço muito bem servido.

Месторасположение и климат. Пляжные удобства: бассейны, лежаки, полотенца, зонтики и пр. Прекрасные номера. Кухня. Обслуживание в ресторане. Недостаточный профессионализм работников ресепшена. Недостаточная инфраструктура отеля (отсутствие бутиков). Отсутствие персонала, говорящего по-русски и по-испански. Отсутствие российских телеканалов. Необеспеченность спасательной и медицинской помощи на пляже.

O hotel está muito bem situado. é sem dúvida um hotel sossegado e agradável. O quarto era confortável, mas achei que tinha pouca luz natural, era escuro e até triste. O quarto de banho era apenas razoável. As piscinas são boas. Nada que se compare com o charme e o luxo do antigo Savoy. Senti falta de um ginásio: tinham apenas 3 ou 4 máquinas para cardio, mas no Funchal/Madeira caminha-se tanto que as minhas necessidades de cardio estavam satisfeitas. Os pesos fizeram-me muita falta.

Os empregados deveriam ser mais simpáticos, Ex. Estava a jantar e os empregados começaram a levantar o bufet ás 21.30h, onde a hora de fecho seria ás 22h.
