Elegant hotel at a great price on this website. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed room and bath, and I had a beautiful view over Lisbon and out to the Tagus River. Good location near public transportation, including airport bus. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. No complaints, really. There was some construction work under way nearby (not in the hotel), though only during the day. The hotel isn't particularly near the popular tourist sites, but all are easily (and cheaply) accessible by metro or other public transit. |

Very good hotel. Well located, close to Pombal square, where the hop on hop off buses leave. Clean, very good breakfast, good lobby. Provide good services to the client. |

The location of the hotel was great. The service was impeccible. The only reason it's not a five star must be that it doesn't have a pool. I can't imagine what people would have to complain about this hotel. The breakfast was typical of a north american brunch buffet, definitely not the typical breakfasts were we becoming accustomed to in Portugal. We will definitely return. |

The hotel is overall nice; the breakfast is very good and diverse, the breakfast staff very nice. I booked a business package that included amongst other things a newspaper, the newspaper arrived late and thus wasn't relevant; TV small and old fashioned; a small repair (digital clock) I had asked for was not done until I left (I was there for 6 nights); cleaning of the bathroom was superficial though it was clean when I arrived. |

It was a nice stay and the staff was friendly and professional at the same time which is a good thing. Also the room was decent and it was being cleaned everyday. The room service was ok. There was a smell on the corridor which I could not decide if it was a cheap cologne or just the cleaning material. The smell was there on all of the 5 days I stayed. So I assume it is not a temporary thing. The internet was very expensive as mentioned before but I believe they are balancing the cheap stay (80 Euro / night) with the high internet prices. |

Stayed at the sna lisboa for two nights on the 4th to the 6th of june , all I can is that this hotel has everything a 4 star hotel should have and then some more, the staff were fantastic, very helpful, the rooms were spotless, the location was perfect, 10 out of 10 and one more thing , the view from the 11th floor was stunning , you can the whole of lisbon from the castle to sea. |

The location and the room were excellent - very close to the Lisbon downtown area and easily accessible by the Metro. The room was very spacious and theroom service menu was excellent. The buffet breakfast was also very good.The staff were very helpful and efficient |

The hotel is located very close to the Metro station and it is just a very short journey into the centre of town (10 minutes). It is very close to a big department store. The hotel is clean, has a very good breakfast, and we had a room with a fantastic view back towards the water, castelo and old city. They gym and spa area is small but clean and very good. It is a good hotel to use as a base for exloring Lisbon and surrounding areas like Sintra. |

We really enjoyed our staying in this hotel! The location to the city center is excellent, you can walk to the city center if you like. there are also public transportations in front of the hotel, including the airport shuttle bus. The room is clean and comfortable, and sauna and Jacuzzi facility is inclusive. Overall, we really like the hotel. Plus, there are lots of fresh fruit in the breakfast. There should be more information about sightseeing and tourist information about the city. |
