Very nice large hotel. Convinient location to city center/main attractions.Very nice room/bathroom. Comfortable bed.Parking around the corner in the garage. some of the breaksfast facilities staff was not very friendly. |

Very Relaxed , efficient and friendly staff, very good breakfast included, and a good quality room. Sent up cake and Champagne on the house for my 50th birthday, which was a lovely and well recieved gesture, much thanks for a very enjoyable stay. King size bed was quite hard, but not really an issue. |

Awesome hotel with really good location. Walking distance to the old town. Fast ride to the airport and Entrecampos Station. Solid 4 stars. Very comfortable and clean. Very quite one. Very good breakfast (huge choice). Had a small incident with payment. They charge my card although I paid by cash. Fortunately they returned the money quickly after my note. I recommend this hotel anyway! |

Friendly, no-fuss service. Convenient location. Good design of shared spaces. Minimal but usable gym and sauna. Decent restaurant. Good, clean rooms. Internet service was not so great. Normally I like firm beds. But this bed was so firm that I was aching a little from sleeping on it. |

Lovely breakfast, always nice and fresh. Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom. It was not near any nice or good restaurants, about a 20 minute walk to get to some and even then not the greatest quality food nearby. |

The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good although it can be quite busy. I did not like that you have to pay for the internet. Furthermore, the beds are on the 'hard' side. |

This hotel was vey central and easily got to by bus from the airport. It was also centrally located in relation to the centre of town and public transport. we would stay here again. Beds a little hard good for people with bad backs. |

It was please to be there and they are always very nice. The fact that you have to purchase Internet access and I find € 10 per 24 hours very expensive. Internet access should be something they provide for free. |

The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful. We went for the romantic package which was well worth it and worked out very economical. The only thing missing was a swimming pool to compliment the gym and sauna area etc.. |

100 meters to underground network. Close to the city centre and shopping mall. Clean,tidy and silence rooms. mini bar is not so expensive. internet is too expensive. |

Elegant hotel at a great price on this website. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed room and bath, and I had a beautiful view over Lisbon and out to the Tagus River. Good location near public transportation, including airport bus. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. No complaints, really. There was some construction work under way nearby (not in the hotel), though only during the day. The hotel isn't particularly near the popular tourist sites, but all are easily (and cheaply) accessible by metro or other public transit. |
