SANA Lisboa Hotel

Személyzet, szolgáltatás minősége, a szálloda hangulata, megközelíthetősége. Nem a 270 euros listaáron, hanem 120 EUR/éj akciós áron voltunk ott, így ezért az árért maradéktalanul elégedettek voltunk. Egyetlen egy negatívum volt, de ez sem elviselhetetlen: nagyon hideg volt a központi aulában, nem is értettük, miért nem fűtenek egy kicsit.

Location.

There is no pool. The Spa & Wellness Centre is poor. There is no any handout in the room about the hotel services.

Very good value for money hotel. Room spotless and tasteful. Excellent breakfast included in the 80 € price. Bus to/from the airport stops almost in front of the hotel. Location slightly out of the city center. Only slight disappointment is that this is a typical big chain hotel, not the small downtown little hotel.

The room was awesome. No noise, no other rooms bothering, no nothing bad... Really comfortable!!!. A great hotel, I must say!!!

Very pleasant room good size, good amount of toiletries which is unusual these days.Breakfast very good. lots of choice even champagne. Nice bar area but quite expensive like most hotels.

Small niggle had to queue for a table at breakfast ,they have plenty but not cleared quick enough.

Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet. Relatively good location though not really in the center, at the beginning of the high-scale shopping mile of "Av. Liberdade"

It was really not easy to get to the hotel with a car. For the hotel price, I was surprised that the parking was not included and had to be paid extra. The hotel seems to cater to too many mass bus tour operators.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. Reasonably good breakfast.

The hotel lacks a bit of warmth in the lobby and restaurant. Outside the rooms, the hotel is not very inviting to stick around.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, close to the city centre with great access to the public transport network. Breakfast was also really good!

Staff seemed to struggle at the weekends with the volume of people at breakfast....
