dość zawyżone ceny w barze w hotelowym lobby oraz w room service, nieuprzejme pokojówki, personel recepcji, który był profesjonalny, ale niezbyt sympatyczny.

Hotel super. Idealny na wypad do tego miasta. Cena przez booking.com, przynajmniej dla mojej rezerwacji, bardzo dobra.

Jablka w saunie byly kwasne. :-)

The Hotel provided excellent service during our 3 night stay! The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make my birthday celebration a memorable one!

Facilities were new and beautiful. Excellent value for the money. Service was excellent.

Parking is expensive -- $15 Euros per day

Excellent service.

We loved the location -- convenient to the Metro, as well as an easy walk (15-30 minutes) to most sites in the historic center. We also loved our room with its view over the city. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We wish we could have stayed even longer than five nights! David and Sandi (U.S.)

Mattress was too hard!

The quality of facilities was first class, staff were extremely efficient and helpful, location was very good. Soundproofing was excellent, room cleaning was exemplary. Perhaps because we had the Executive Double, which was well worth 120 euros a night.

Breakfast buffet perhaps lacked a little variety in the meats and cheeses, but there was a wide range to choose from, and a generous provision.

Unefficient air-conditioning in the rooms and stuffy air in the corridors. Fresh oxigen is lacking. Opening the window makes the life miserable because of the outside noise-even on the oposite side of the main entrance. Unfortunately roof located air conditioning systems installed on other buildings, are very noisy.

Breakfast is beyond words! Excellent and rich. Room is nice, comfortable and with a view. We made use of spa club which is sauna (that was unfortunately closed for repairs), turkish bath and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the piano player in the evenings in the main hall.

The only thing is that it was too empty in the spa club and it seems like anyone could come in. It felt a little unsafe.

Adequate rooms, improved by swift check in/out and very friendly staff. Modern rooms, but the materials seem a tad too cheap for the quality that is sold. I liked it.
