Especially the man (who's name is Rogerio?) who was driving the clients' cars to the parking: excellent and professional service. The double bed was excellent. The bathroom was too small. I had chosen the romantic pack so, I was expecting the "spumante" in the room as promised, but it was not there. My wife had to ask for it 3 times before it was given to us. The communication between the room service, the client and the reception was not good enough. The "aroma bath" promised to us was not what I had expected. |

Brandnew hotel, good location. Excellent sound insulation of rooms.The beds are extremely comfortable. Very good breakfast. Underground car park belonging to the hotel. |

The friendliness of the reception staff. The room was very clean . It was very close t public transport. the bed was very comfortable and the temperature control was good. I shall certainly sta there when I next visit Lisbon. There was no complimentary tea/coffee facility in the bedroom.It is expensive. |

In the UK, hotels of this standard normally provide tea/coffee making facilities within the rooms. This is a service you lacked. |

Good central location, very close to metro and buses. Traffic around was a little high, but the sound isolation in rooms was very good. Good and helpful staff, very clean, excellent breakfast. Good health club. |
