Rent och fint. Fina rum och toaletter. Fantastisk frukostbuffé. Trevlig personal.

Sängarna var i hårdaste laget, och kuddarna för höga. Bra om det hade funnits lägre kuddar i tex garderoben så man kunde välja själv.

Ett bra citynära hotell I anslutning till stor park för morgonmotion.

Just excellent! 3 minutes from the subway station, excellent staff (hello to the girl from Satu Mare, Romania, who is serving in the breakfast hall).

The hotel was very pleasant with very attractive and clean bedrooms. The breakfast food was varied and excellent. We had dinner one night in the hotel and were impressed with the quality of the food and drinks. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Its location on a wide avenue was also good, near a park and a tube station. We would gladly go back there.

We have no complaint at all about this hotel.

The location is very good - we bought Metro day tickets that took us everywhere for 5 Euros a day and Marques de Pombal is an excellent starting point - good communications in every direction, both the airport and Belem. We especially appreciated the restaurant which is exceptional both in quality and price and when we dined out the front desk recommendation of the Taberna do Chiado (only 3 stops down the line) proved a memorable experience and away from the tourist area. The breakfast buffet is to be seen - excellent! The room was comfortable and clean and altogether, we enjoyed our stay much more than in many more expensive hotels and we shall definitely be back!

- the location is great: close to the subway, close to touristic sites, shopping malls - 5 m from the hotel entrance there is the Aerobus stop (bus to go to the airport) - the breakfast are consistent: large choice of fresh fruits, juices, viennoiseries, nothing is missing - helpful staff at the reception desk

- as the hotel is located in the city center, nearby a street with high traffic, unfortunately there is a noise coming from the street.

Helpful staff very well informed- location for shoping good- resturants and metro- buses and overall location good. The rooms were airy and well equipped- cleaned daily well- mini bar restocked also- which is often overlooked in hotels

Busy road had to keep windows closed at front to keep noise out- needed the air con on in April due to this- minor issue.

In the hotel I liked the excellent service of staff, excellent service for luggage, car parking, breakfast, cleanliness of the room. The location is ideal for visiting the historic center and the outskirts of Lisbon both metro and by car.

It was a big surprise when I came back to the hotel on the night of my birthday - there was a birthday cake and a bottle of champaign on the table, with the card from the general manger of the hotel! Thank u Sana Hotel! It really made my day!!!

Staff very pleasant and attentive. Always willing to help with city travel arrangements etc. Buffet breakfast excellent with quality fruits and coked food.
