great location especially for airport bus if you're just staying overnight. breakfast good. jacuzzi in spa was broken so not much of a spa, room very warm. |

I loved the breakfast, and the availability of the gym. The staff were very helpful. It was well located close to an excellent metro with cheap easy access to the city centre.All round it was an excellent experience, and it is the first place I would look at if coming to Lisbon again. The bar prices seemed high, but then you can have a drink elsewhere & dont have to pay them. |

Comfort and closeness to centre. Was also reasonable in prices for stay and drinks/snacks Breakfast although extensive the cooked food was often cold. The hot drinks were cold sometimes. |

A really stupid rule prohibiting the customers to bring a drink bought at the hotel's bar to their room. It's frustrating for the customer, especially considering the truly excesive price they charge for drinks. And utterly stupid as this make them lose money. Even with the cost of the low quality glass considered as a loss they will be making money. Due to that, in the future I'll avoid other Sana hotels if other are available. Ah, and I did it anyway when nobody was looking so... |

Very helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is comparatively new and has all the modern equipment, etc Perhaps just a bit too far from the centre of the city. |

Very good value for money hotel. Room spotless and tasteful. Excellent breakfast included in the 80 € price. Bus to/from the airport stops almost in front of the hotel. Location slightly out of the city center. Only slight disappointment is that this is a typical big chain hotel, not the small downtown little hotel. |

Perfect location of hotel, modern design, modern facilities in bathroom very comfortable, comfortable double-bed, enough space in room Reception desk: upon arrival we were supposed to settle our payment which is reasonable and okay. However, there were only two staff dealing with a longer queue which was not efficient. There should be at least one staff who is only dealing with short requests (express lane) and other staff to deal with a complete cycle of check-in formalities, payment, instructions how to park the car etc. Reception is always the first impression and it sticks! This could be easily improved! |

Internet connection is with LAN cable in rooms, but works good. I don't understand bad comments about it... Breakfast is crowdy |

Very pleasant room good size, good amount of toiletries which is unusual these days.Breakfast very good. lots of choice even champagne. Nice bar area but quite expensive like most hotels. Small niggle had to queue for a table at breakfast ,they have plenty but not cleared quick enough. |
