The location of the hotel is very well placed to go and explore central Lisbon in all directions & it's very easy to get to the Metro, trams & sightseeing bus. We had the romantic package which was great & well worth the extra charge and made our stay special. Although there is room service - it would be a great improvement to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. We really missed having a hot drink in the morning as soon as we woke up!. |

The room facilities and excellent buffet breakfast each morning - option to have drinks, snacks or dinner in hotel. Efficient lift facilities. Hotel staff very helpful with directions and tour advice. Good Metro and Bus service close to hotel About 20 minutes walk from hotel to centre of old town. Not many restaurants/cafes in vicinity of hotel. |

The staff were great! Very very friendly :) The room was gorgeous and the cleaning staff did a great job! My stay with the hotel was fantastic and cant wait to go back! No fault! I had perfect stay and my girlfriend loved it too :) |

We loved the location -- convenient to the Metro, as well as an easy walk (15-30 minutes) to most sites in the historic center. We also loved our room with its view over the city. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We wish we could have stayed even longer than five nights! David and Sandi (U.S.) |

The quality of facilities was first class, staff were extremely efficient and helpful, location was very good. Soundproofing was excellent, room cleaning was exemplary. Perhaps because we had the Executive Double, which was well worth 120 euros a night. Breakfast buffet perhaps lacked a little variety in the meats and cheeses, but there was a wide range to choose from, and a generous provision. |

Clean, good quality hotel with excellent breakfast arrangements. Unefficient air-conditioning in the rooms and stuffy air in the corridors. Fresh oxigen is lacking. Opening the window makes the life miserable because of the outside noise-even on the oposite side of the main entrance. Unfortunately roof located air conditioning systems installed on other buildings, are very noisy. |

Breakfast is beyond words! Excellent and rich. Room is nice, comfortable and with a view. We made use of spa club which is sauna (that was unfortunately closed for repairs), turkish bath and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the piano player in the evenings in the main hall. The only thing is that it was too empty in the spa club and it seems like anyone could come in. It felt a little unsafe. |

We booked the Romance package and definitely got our moneys worth. At the front desk Sandra was especially helpful, gave us a great restaurant recommendations- 5 Oceas. Good location, nice spa, good view. Not everyone at the front desk is helpful. |

Adequate rooms, improved by swift check in/out and very friendly staff. Modern rooms, but the materials seem a tad too cheap for the quality that is sold. I liked it. |

Fantastic place to stay in terms of value for money and general ambience. Very accesssible for sight-seeing in Lisbon which is an easy city to get around anyway If available try and push for a room with a city-view on 10/11/12 floor. I booked a romantic package - thinking the view would be part of the package - but instead was on other side facing park (a small gripe overall) |

It is a good hotel. Location is good. It is very easy to go to the cneter of the city. The subway station is very close. The airport bus stop is also very close. Room is very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not bad. One of male front staffs was not so kind and friendly. There was no problems except him. |

The room was clean, air conditioning good and the beds were very comfortable. Lack of security. The price of drinks in the bar was high - hence there was hardly anyone in the bar so no atmosphere. |
