Breakfast buffet was excellent! Also very good service. Hotel is close to the metro train station (Praça de Espanha) and the regional train station (Sete Rios) so you can catch a train to Sintra for a day trip The beds were a bit too hard |

Really helpful and friendly staff in reception. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Clean, spacious rooms. Situated in a hotel and bank area; not so charming (as the rest of this lovely city) but close to metro - only 4 stops to city centre or 5 minutes with taxi for 8-10 Euro. Tip: fun Brazilian restaurant down the road. |

The room was confortable and quite big; All is new and refined with wood. The bathroom was very beautifull and all was clean. The breakfast was fantastic, full of international delicious (sweet and salty). The room is equipped with A/C and LCD monitor; a desk and a round table with 2 chairs. The lights are noumerous and they create a nice atmosfere!! It's about 4 km from the center of Lisbona; for me it wasn't a problem since I had a car. But the metro stop is not far. In the TV there were noo italian channel. |

Very nice hotel. The hotel is near other major ones very close to the airport, with planes flying low above. But hotel windows were fully soundproof so this was not a problem. Also, the location is far from stores and restaurants. |

The reception was really helpfull, we would especially like to thank Pedro for his help with the car renting service rupauto, after we got bad news from Auto Jardim who informed us that the car we reserved in february (by the way) wasn't available (schandalous). Thanks again Pedro. Breakfast was really outstanding (many variation and really tasty). The beds were a bit uncomfortable. |

Good wines at the bar, nice gym facilities, staff knowledgeable with regards to "tourist questions", efficient and friendly waiters during breakfast, clean rooms lack of healthy bread choice for breakfast, no soy milk or other alternative to regular milk; the mattress was too hard (room 106) and there were no pillows on the bed -we found them in the closet; a man from reception sent us to a nearby restaurant which was located right next to the main road - not very nice, and we did not eat there |

Very close to Metro station, so it was easy to access all areas of Lisboa.We also enjoyed the family rooms, with separate bathrooms, but adjoining doors, which is very comfortable when travelling with children. The breakfast was also very good. |

Good access to Pr. da Espana metro - a 5 minute walk; a 7 minute walk to El Corte Ingles. Nice, clean, good sized room, and despite being on the flight path, very quiet. Really very good breakfast, lots of choice and a big, airy space to eat in, never crowded and opens til 11am though that is pushing it. Would probably choose it again. No tea and coffee making facilities and the jacuzzi was out of order for our 3 night stay which was a real shame. The bed whilst huge was so hard. I'm told that this is the norm in Portugal, just don't remember it elsewhere as I visit a lot because my father lives in Lisbon. |

I like the decoration and most of all the fact of the courtains can get "glued" to the wall and by that there is no light coming in from outside. I was a bit dissapointed with the fact of the cover of the bed was quite dirty, not the outside but the inside of it, was a big yeloowish stain and lots of hairs. |
