The hotel is clean, location is excellent: close to downtown (tube stop is 3-4 mins walk) and also, if you are planning to take the train station is within walking distance. I would highly recommend it. |

near the metro and cleanliness Plot next door to hotel full of rubbish. Not very nice view to see. Had quite a bit of probelms with the payment going through. Used Nationwide visa.( Had no prolems anywhere else.] The same card was used when booking the hotelllllll and also used when arriving at the hotel. They kept the machine under the counter several times I said that there was no problem. Also I wanted it in Euros. |

Some of the reception staff were a wonderful help! The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was far from the city centre, but we walked it no problem, and close to the metro. The only complaints are about one very grumpy staff member, and the fact that the internet costs so much! A hotel of this calibre should provide internet for free, not the 5 euros for 20 minutes or something ridiculous like that. |

Really nice design! It's a luxury hotel with professional and polite hotel staff. Cleanliness of our room was at a very high level, let's say perfect. Breakfast, perfect! Hotel is situated in a new part of Lisbon (Praca da Espanha). It has good connection with other areas of the city as the metro station is two minutes walk from the backside of hotel. |

We went by car, easy parking (you do have to pay for it) easy to reach centre, and for sightseeing. very near lisbon zoo. We travelled with 3 kids, and got adjacent rooms. breakfast was very good, for dinner we ate in a restaurant near the hotel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of breakfast foods. Although on the outskirts of the city, it was easy to walk to the centre and there is a train station 2 minutes away aswell as a choice of buses and taxis. We did think the drinks in the bar were on the expensive side. |
