SANA Malhoa Hotel  

Excellent Quality for a 4 star Hotel I would even say it deserves a 5 star from the moment you enter the Hotel it feels and looks like a class Hotel. The location is excellent for the metro and only cost 8 euros in a taxi to the Castle. Rooms are excellent, breakfast good quality with lots of choices. I would stay there again.

During all our years of travelling we hardly found a hotel with a staff better than this. Very efficient, helpfull and last but not least very well trained. We rate this hotel at 9.9 out of ten! and will recommend this place to all our friends and relatives.

Very good ratio price/quality

It doesn't make any sense to force guests to pay wi-fi, particularly in the hotel lounge. The hotel located in the other side of the street has free wi-fi.

It is a very classy hotel conveniently placed by the metro. Parking is easy in the underground parking. Buffet breakfast was ecellent with wine on offer if you need a pcik up.

They did not mention the bus stop for the hop on hop off bus which was 100 yards away.

This hotel was immaculately clean in every aspect, way beyond its 4 star rating, the buffet is excellent with a good choice.The jacuzzi and spa are worth a visit if you have time to use them.The Aerobus No3 terminates less than 100mtrs from the main entrance to the hotel. Access into the city centre is easy from the Blue line on the Metro with the Prace de Espana station about 300mtrs away.

If you are a plane spotter you will love this hotel if not it may bother you that its under the flightpath into the airport dependent on wind direction! The immediate vicinity aroun the hotel is not very attractive with open undeveloped rough ground.

Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location close to metro and road networks. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. A little expensive though probably worth it in the long run. Thank you. I would certainly recommend it to others.

The bed had a firm mattress so I had a good sleep and there was a full sized bath in the bathroom

The room service was horrible and it is not in a very good location

We liked everything. In fact staying at the sana Malhoa Hotel was an undiluted pleasure. The hotel is not in the centre of Lisbon but nonetheless it is easy to get to all the most interesting spots. The staff is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with very comfortable beds and a super-sized bath longer than any other I have ever seen in a hotel. The public areas are delightful. The design overall is pleasant and entirely original. There is absolutely nothing hum-drum or ordinary about this hotel.

The large television screen in the bar was the only feature I would change. When we were there nobody was watching it but it was definitely distracting.
