Location is good, close to the beach.

Room was not fully prepared on arrival and only after request multiply times towels brought, no glass in the room. Thermo dishes at breakfast was like a pulled straight from the fridge.

hotel at the quieter end of portimao. we had a lovely room with sea view and balcony,which it was worth paying extra for. we got a great rate with breakfast included. we look forward to returning.

no wireless internet..expensive wired internet in the lobby.

The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The room was spacious and again very clean. The breakfast was very nice especially the fresh fruit. The hotel had a good position not far from the beach.

peak holiday time parking problem

The location is excellent for the ones who love the beach and the night life. It's a very good price for a 3 star hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well located. Over all experiance was pleasant.

I think you could do more with the roof terrace more chairs or sunbeds.

The location was ideal for Portimao WSBK only a 20 minute drive to circuit. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff excellent, early breakfast ideal for going racing.

the Bed sheets is Very dirty, Every day from nine o'clock hear disturbing room service and the songs are played in the hotel headphones can not sleep Towels in the bathroom and dirty

Showers are waaaaayyyy too small Beds are uncomfortable, did not change sheets

very clean and central. at the quiet end of the strip. staff very friendly would use this hotel again.

We thought the hotel peaceful which is what we wanted and the staff very professional and would have a return visit, however, note below regarding car park

Regarding the car park, for the size of the hotel, parking was insufficient and this wasnt made clear on the original booking, nor when I emailed to reserve a space, I was told not necessary, which clearly was not the situation, and I wanted to reserve a space thinking where I am in the costa del sol parking is difficult, so was surprized to recieve that answer.

Breakfast is ok , but certainly a little imporvment is needed. And also it's better to have Wi-fi, than a wire Internet ( tha cable was quiet short).

Excellent location, right by the beach. The price was reasonable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel as the price was low and we were not planning on spending much time in the hotel itself, as we were out all day. The lack of a pool did not matter to us for that reason. Breakfast was good, with a lot of different choices available from the buffet. Free use of a safe in the room was handy.
