Location was good in the center of Santa Cruz and short distance to the airport. It was supposed to be a four star hotel, however there wasn´t air-conditioning or heating, or minibar/ any machine to get for excample water. The toilet wasn´t clean. Other four star hotels that we visited during our holiday were much more like a four star hotels. |

Proximité avec aéroport. Restauration : bon rapport qualité/prix pour le diner du jour proposé (clairement affiché dans hall). Point internet. Infos pratiques exposées. Proximité station de taxis. Plutôt bruyant. Pas de climatisation alors qu'il peut faire chaud la nuit. Parking souterrain (malaisé et mal éclairé). Restauration : bouffées de gaz d'échappement venant de la rue (fenêtres ouvertes pour rafraîchir l'hôtel). Chambres hautes : l'air est chargé de gaz d'échappement venant de la voie express qui passe quasiment au-dessus de l'hôtel : personnes sensibles s'abstenir. Personnel pas très professionnel. |

La proximite de l'aeroport, tres bien pour une premiere nuit sur place et la ville est agréable pour une premiere prise de contact avec l'ile La proximité de l'aeroport et de l'autoroute.....par rapport au bruit et à la vue, c'est un hotel de passage, un endroit ou dormir , pas un hotel de séjour.... |

Close to the airport combined with the price. Located in a nice little village, but it's right under the Highway, but not that noisy. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and served a decent breakfast. We just stayed for a night. |
