The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable rooms.
I cannot think of anything
The location was great; the breakfast was very good.
The walls between the rooms are so thin that anyone talking in the next room can be clearly heard, as can the sound of any television. Needless to say, this is not conducive to relaxation or comfortable sleep.
nice shower, decent and modern room, good location
they should have a 5th star
Hotels location was good. Elegant, ripping interior. The restaurant was nice, dinner offer was good and the food delicious.
Free WiFi was poor. The day when I arrived in the reception I was offered a transfer for the Airport for 30 EUR for the next day. Considered the price too high, I decided to take a taxi from the street and the price for drive to the Airport was just 9 EUR.
Not surprised Portuguese people being nice, polite and helpful all the time, but this hotel staff exceed my expectations, they are Amazingly kind! Tks Pedro,Cristina, Ricardo....
Nothing to say bad....
Bed was okay.
Furnishings and amenities in rooms, excellent location downtown, superb bathrooms with marble finishes. Breakfast consistently good and well catered.
Lounge is cramped and located right in the entrance, not all staff friendly and accommodating, no assistance with luggage.
The beds and duvet
Very expensive parking and a long walk from there to the hotel.
This was a wonderful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. A great location. Staff was wonderful. We arrived at 7:00am after a flight from New York and there was no problem with an early checkin. Later that day they realized our heat was not working before we did, called us to ask if they could try to fix it and then upgraded us to a better - and warmer - room. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in years of travel.
Nothing except the hair dryer plugs in both rooms would not stay connected to the wall socket.
Everything... location: mid of the old town very well connected- breakfast: good and fresh variety- room: good size, big comfy bed, very nice bathroom, good quality TV (good english channels) Nesspresso machine, surprisingly FREE mini bar which was filled daily- staff: all where amazing and ready to help anytime with any request- very clean (daily) - WIFI free as well
Quiet, well located with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast ok.
Location and helpfulness of reception staff excellent. Restaurant staff not so friendly.
Breakfast area was cramped and hot food substandard. For a 4* Hotel you don't usually expect to have to pay for additional coffee facilities. Only get 2 complementary coffee pods. Rooms adequate but again not 4*.
The staff was really helpful...
You can't get in the hotel without being disturbed by the waiters of the restaurants in front of the hotel.
The gift of port and custard tarts on arrival and the friendliness of staff.
The shower and bath were awkward to get into and out. Especially getting out when wet, had to really hold onto handles.
Location of hotel was very central Superior room was quite spacious and very modern Breakfast was good value and very fresh items Staff were very busy but tried their best to resolve any issues arising
Lighting in bedrooms is not sufficient, although it is very relaxing
Great location Comfortable rooms
Entrance was not accessible by car during day. Arrived in rainstorm and had to walk in rain with suitcases in tow.
This is a boutique 4-star hotel in an interesting location in downtown Lisbon. Very nice and helpful staff. One of the best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room, it even includes a color light show!
My only negative: Don’t go for one of the attic rooms, billed as having a roofline view. These rooms are cramped, with windows that don’t really open. You are much better off with a room on the fourth or fifth floors.
.The hotel is located near the square Roosio where you can go with public transport - tram, metro or by bus all over town . Cleanliness is superb , the hotel is comfortable , bright and well maintained . Kindness and helpfulness of the staff is great and they were very helpful with advice where to go , what to see and where to eat . A beautiful touch on the first night in our room was a bottle of port wine and pasties de nata . Rich breakfast with a selection of fruits, juices , Salmon , bacon , eggs , local pastries and premium coffees of different types . When we're in Lisbon next time we will definitely stay with them again . We highly recommend them to everyone .
Everything was perfect.
Lovely staff, comfortable hotel, central location, good breakfast, fresh orange juice
Room a bit dark on 1st floor. Suggest you try for a room on a higher floor
location is great, so close to metro, tram and bus stops, small rooms but very clean, free access to wifi, breakfast and meals were great, they let us check in earlier, definitely suggest this hotel.
Nice hotel located in the very heart of the city, in the pedestrian area (just avoid the restaurants for tourists in the street). You'll be anywhere you want in a snap. Nice and devoted employees. Silent rooms. The breakfast is great: fresh squeezed orange juice, yummy pastries, good bread. Would recommend the hotel for sure.
We asked for the twin beds to be changed into a couple bed, what the people a the desk agreed with. Sad the one couple bed was just two beds attached. We slept so-so.
The staff was among the best I ever have experienced.
We loved Hotel Santa Justa, especially the friendly, knowledgeable young people staffing the front desk and other cheerful people throughout the hotel. The modern design is attractive and visually appealing with a sleek and clean impression, a striking contrast with the lovely vintage building that houses the hotel. The location is excellent -- just minutes from tourist bus and public busses and trams, making it easy to go anyplace in Lisbon. Excellent restaurant advice and help with reservations as well...
The room could be a bit bigger with more storage, but otherwise our stay was great!
