The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast The television channels were very limited with mainly non-English speaking ones. Also in this day and age of satelite TV I would have expected a wider choice. |

Good location, very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was substantial, coffee was instant but the one from the upstairs cafe (they bring it downstairs for you) was great and a bargain (1 eur). |

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast. We booked a 'Superior Double' through Booking.com, but were presented with a twin room. We objected, and were given a normal double as the superior doubles were not available. No compensation was offered for the error. |

The only fair think was the breakfast although the coffee was shitty. The Excellent think was to find a very good receptionist, Ana, a blond girl, who gave us a lot of useful information about whole Algarve area. Bathroom not clean, the toilet ring was broken, shower gel was poor and the receptionists (except Ana) don't know how to work with money cards. Better to pay by cash. Also bed was noisy and hard :( . |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice hotel. If there had been fresh coffee at breakfast, I wouldn't have had anything negative to comment about the hotel. |

The staff at reception were very helpful - offering advice about transport options to Lagos and printing off the relevant timetables from the internet. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was in a fantastic location and provided great value for money. |

The Hotel was very nice, comfortable and had a lot of facilities, a very modern Hotel in close proximity to a lot of nice shops. The food served was abysmal, the chef was obviosly untrained but to the Hotel managers credit he solved the problem to my satisfaction, still had to go elsewhere for something to eat though. |

Very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room spotless. Great value for money. I thought the breakfast area could be a bit better. If items ran out, they were not replaced. Also thought the water for making tea was too cold. Other than that very good and good choice available. |

Nice location, comfortable room, free WiFi and very cheap. The breakfast was terrible; instant coffe, scrambled eggs and bacon had been sitting for hours and was cold. When asking staff to reccomend a restaurant they only reccomended their own little cafeteria, would not tell us about others. |
