It was centrally located; we were there for the horse fair in Golega and for sightseeing. And for riding in Cartaxo. Historic Santarem is lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. |

An empty beer bottle in the fridge. I requested both days to get it removed and replaced with a full bottle. Was not done although front desk told me that room service and next day the restaurant was informed. Service at the front desk was very good but did not follow up. |

Friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. Good restaurant for dinner and a good selection at the buffet breakfast. €5 per hour for wi-fi in the lobby only. The lighting in the bedroom was quite dim, not good if like me you are on a buisness and need to work in the evening. |

Limpo e bem localizado. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. Facilidade de estacionamento. O preço é um pouco elevado para o tipo de hotel, pois não é moderno, nem luxuoso. O pequeno-almoço é um pouco pobre. |

o Santarém hotel tem uma péssima gestão. o 1º dia não foi feito a limpeza no quarto, no último dia de estada no pequeno almoço até leite faltou,entre outras falhas. Foi péssimo. Não recomendo este hotel. |

A luminosidade As lampadas das mesinhas de cabeceira muito fracas. 25W não é uma lampada que se apresente, ainda por cima tendo em conta que ao sair do quarto o cliente retira o cartão e as luzes apagam, e deve haver poucos a dormir de luz acesa! 60W era o ideal e transparentes, não foscas. |

A refeição tomada no hotel (jantar) estava bem confeccionada e tinha qualidade Aspecto interior envelhecido e algo degradado. Decoração antiquada. Sistema de climatização do quarto era mau. Quando ligado o barulho era ensurdecedor. Mobiliário de fraquissima qualidade. Toalhas de banho estavam rotas. O pequeno almoço era fraco. |
