Ecellent food. Staff exceptionally helpful. CLean and modern. I seriously could not fault this fantastic hotel and brilliant staff.

Very central position. Very useful the private parking (even for the day after), the reception 24/7. Very kind staff. Extremely satisfactory breakfast. All of this for a very cheap price if compared to the services offered. We weren’t able to make the wi-fi work even though there was plenty of signal (but I wouldn’t exclude that the issue were about my computer). No fridge in the room, which is a pity for a so beautiful structure.

We liked the cleanless and the comfort of the room and the location of the hotel. We could sleep well because it was very quiet. There wasn't a transperent curtain, just a drapery for making dark at night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was nice. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was also very nice and was excellent value. The hotel is reasonably central for the Sanctuary. The hotel appeared to have had few guests while I was there. For this reason, it was very quiet. The hotels on this side of town are quite a good walk from the bus station. When I arrived from Lisbon, I had to ask several people before getting directions to the hotel. Perhaps the hotel could post clear and simple directions on its website.

On the arrival at the hotel, the warm reception by the staff at the counter really make me welcomed. The staff at the dining halls are also very friendly and they would like to accommodate to each request. Am glad that i have booked this hotel and would recommend to my friends.

I visited Fatima many times, an dthis plkace where the hotels are very ok and the competition is big, Hotel Amaro is near sanctury with nice rooms and servises. A bit poor wifi signal but it is working

Vicinanza col Santuario. Almeno un canale tv in italiano (rai news). Parcheggio interno alla struttura. Buona la colazione ma non abbondante, comunque sono a disposizione prosciutto e formaggio, panini, niente toast anche se c'è la macchina per I toast, succo di frutta all'arancia, macedonia di frutta, yogurt vari, cornetti e muffin ( questi ultimi confezionati). Camerieri gentilissmi e disponibili, uno di questi parla anche benissimo in italiano Prezzo ottimo. Letto matrimoniale un pò piccolo per dormirci con il bimbo di 3 anni, suggerisco di chiedere una culla. Il parcheggio si apre ficcando la mano attraverso il cancello e premendo il pulsante, praticamente possono accedervi tutti. Moquette ovunque. Stavano facendo un nuovo ascensore proprio accanto alla nostra stanza, terribile, I rumori erano assordanti e quindi non si poteva dormire 5 minuti in più o nel pomeriggio

La amabilidad del matrimonio que lo regenta, la atención. cuidado y limpieza de las instalaciones. Aunque por fuera parece una pensión, sorprende lo bien que te sientes en el interior. Desayunos como los que prepararía una madre. No es culpa del hotel, pero nos robaron en el coche aparcado en la puerta del hotel. Al parecer allí es algo habitual. Mejor utilizar el aparcamiento privado del que disponen. El hotel no es céntrico aunque la ciudad es muy manejable caminando. Hasta la ribera del Duero hay 1,5 km en un paseo muy agradable.

La posizione centrale e relativamente vicina al Santuario; Il servizio a tavola, cameriere compreso; La possibilità di fare shopping; Il servizio bar interno; Il fhoon per l'asciugaura dei cappelli sempre freddo è stato pessimo, non ci era mai capitato, la cosa assurda è che sia una scelta dell' albergo. NON VA proprio bene, trovate una soluzione alla scusa detta quando ci siamo lamentati.

La ubicación a dos pasos del Santuario, en calidad precio no encontrareis nada igual. La amplitud de sus habitaciones y el trato del personal estupendo. No pude conectar mediante wifi y no supieron solucionar el problema.

Uma excelente relação qualidade-preço. Simpatia dos funcionários. Excelente localização (30 minutos de carro de praias e 2 minutos a pé do santuário de Fátima). Bom pequeno almoço e as refeições no restaurante do hotel também muito boas! A sanita ser atrás da porta da casa de banho :s o que diminuía o espaço...
