Great atmosphere in a facinating location. The location was very restful. The Restaurant was not operational and the bar open only for short periods. English was limited among most staff. |

Superb historic building well worth its 4 stars. Good car park. Excellent views from many rooms. Avoid second floor internal rooms with no direct light. |

Comfortable rooms.Nice location.Smoking rooms. Terrible front desk,bad service,no restaurant (for breakfast was open),after I said we could stay one day longer-gentleman on the front desk jacked up the price, asked for 50% more.Stay away. |

El hotel es precioso y la piscina genial Creo que está mal gestionado...huele un poco arncio, hay hormigas, no funciona el aire acondicionado, no hay restaurante y la recepcionista nos hizo la entrada hablando sin parar por teléfono.Es una pena porque el sitio es espectacular y las habitaciones amplias y preciosas. |

Prachtig hotel **** een pousada waardig. We sliepen in de beste kamer met balcon en uitzicht op het zwembad aan 65 euro per nacht (???) Normaal tarief voor deze kamer ca. x 4!!! Reden van de wellicht uitzonderlijke minprijs voor deze superkamer: een trouwfeest 's avonds met muziek in de tuin tot 4 uur in de nacht. Slapen ???, maar wel prachtige fado en zigeuner muziek. Daarna ons tekort aan slaap ingehaald. |

Es gibt kaum etwas Positives...außer Zentrumsnähe und gute Aussicht von der Wiese. Dreckig, kaum Service, Klimaanlage fiel aus, schlechter Pool und schlechte Liegen, Restaurant immer geschlossen usw., usw. Maximal 2 Sterne anstatt der 4!! Nehmen Sie das Hotel aus Ihrem Angebot!! |

ideale Lage im Zentrum von Elvas mit eigenen Parkplätzen. Schönes altes Gebäude mit viel Flair. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet Schade, dass der söchöne Garten nicht bewirtet war |

É um hotel com um ambiente calmo e acolhedor. A decoração de estilo antigo/campestre é muito agradável. A suite é muito espaçosa. Deverão dinamizar a parte exterior onde está localizada a piscina: são necessários mais equipamentos de suporte (espreguiçadeiras, p.e.) e abrir não só a piscina das crianças como também o bar de apoio à piscina, que apesar de já existirem não estão a ser utilizados. |

A localização, em plena muralha de Elvas, a área dos quartos, a decoração da casa, o mobiliário, os livros (alguns muito antigos) disponíveis, a piscina, o jardim, a tranquilidade geral. O restaurante devia estar aberto ao jantar, as empregadas do restaurante (pequeno-almoço) deviam ter a educaçao e a simpatia do restante staff, as luzes do quarto deviam funcionar melhor, o mini-bar devia ter mais do que água, devia haver serviço de bar de apoio à piscina. |
