Close from the metro station that gets you direct to the airport, very nice staff, pretty good breakfast. A bit too noisy (you could hear the elevator almost all the time). |

I had a surprise when checking out the hotel. I had to pay the ammount "again" . It turned out that I had not payed in advance as I thought. I resavated on the internet. They say, that I only had payed the something... I then I of course thought I had payed, they said so, but I had only paied nothing inreality. Confusing, and I understood it was not the first time it had happend with the customers. They should learn to explain better, not say ten times that you have only paied,,, so and so,, when I in reality had not paied nothing in advange. |

The staff were friendly. Nothing..the roof was leaking so we had to change rooms. The telephone was not working in the room. Also the elevator was not working so we had to climb up five floors. |

The location is great. Also the staff and the facilities are very nice. Good breakfast included. The only thing that I don't like at all, was that they charge 10 eur. fot the garage that I didn't used. |

The hotel staff were excellent - very polite, informative and accommodating. We had booked a package with dinner included - the restaurant was across the road from the hotel but we had a very good 3 course dinner with wine included.The breakfast served in the hotel was also very good. Would recommend the hotel and the package, if available. The mattress was a little too hard for most of us in the group - I ended up sleeping on the sofa for part of the night. |

Cenral to all shopping The gym that was advertised was not in he hotel and had a €15 per day fee for hotel residents, this was extreemly false advertising as we only chose this hotel for this facility! |

I like the calm and the silence and the situation is quite cental. the bathroom needs to be reformed and the extra bed is quite small |

The cental location and convenience to the Bolhao metro, a good breakfast was served, and the price was reasonable. Would stay there again. Not certain on this but think there was no wireless internet. |
