歴史地区にも歩いて行けるし、地下に専用駐車場も完備。古い設備だったが、この宿泊価格なら十分満足。 |

駅からも近くとても便利。中心地の主要観光地には簡単に歩いても行ける。歩いて1分程の近くに大きなショッ- ピングセンターもある。バスタブがある！ホテル自体は少々古いが部屋はセンスが良く、清潔。とても40ユー- ロとは思えない位。これで朝食が付いているのだから文句なし。予約したのにブッキングされていなかったのだ- が、スムースに対応してくれた。 廊下が少々薄暗い。予約していったのにブッキングされていなかった。朝食がビュッフェなのだが、フルーツが- 古くなっていたり、ドリンクなどがこぼれていたり、片付いていないテーブルが多かったり、余りこまめに清掃- してなかった。担当者が目を配ってないようだ。 |

これだけの快適さで40 Euroは安い。 ７時30分から食事だが、飛行機が９時半発なので７時15分にフロントに行き、「まだですか？」と訊くと「- ７時30分です」と役所みたいな対応をされた。食堂を覗いてみると実際は準備が出来ていたと思うのだが、も- っと融通がきかないかと思った。 |

I was informed there would be a swimming pool while there was none, only the Virgin Health club nearby which to me with kids is not the same. |

Close to city centre.Close to Metro and easy to get to from airport. Good breakfast. Staff generally helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No bar or bar was never open. Staff failed to provide a requested early morning alarm call. Member of staff on duty when we made an early an morning departure not very helpful |

The extremely helpful staff who assist in guiding you to park your car (it is a very tight ramp/garage). Couldn't be better located. |

The location is very central. Our family room was very spacious and facing the yard, it was relatively quiet. The breakfast room is modernly finished and pleasant and there is a garage right below the hotel. Very good value for money The facade from the outside, but that did not really matter after all ... |

The room was spacious and, although it faced out on two very busy and noisy city streets, it was totally quiet when the windows were shut. This was due to the fact that each window was actually TWO sliding dual pane windows, so no noise could come through the four panes of glass. We also liked the totally secure parking, although we did pay EUR15 a day for it. |

The Staff were very freindly and pleasant and gave us advise on where to eat and shopping facilities. It was in the heart of the city so it gave you a real taste of the culture. Parking was a little tight but is the same in most of european cities |

The hotel was a great value - very reasonable rates. Close to the City Center, Ribeira and metro stop (useful for trips to and from the airport). The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and there is a bit of street noise. |

The hotel is close by the metro network. So it's really easy to get from the airport to the city centre. The heart of the city is only 10 à 15 minutes walk away from the hotel To get from the city centre to the hotel, you need to climb a bit. For us this wasn't a problem, but I can imagine this is a problem for older people. The rooms aren't luxurious (but you can't expect a luxury hotel for the price you pay. Price/quality is really good) |
