Ett centralt beläget hotell, med mycket bra möjligheter för en liten familj att bo bra. Trevligt med ett eget rum för den tredje personen, inte bara en liten extrasäng. Smakfull inredning. Det var tråkigt att poolen som skulle finnas på hotellet visade sig ligga i ett köpcenter i närheten. Den var dessutom helt stängd för rengöring under vår vistelse. Poolen var en ganska stor anledning till att vi valde just detta hotell från början. |

The location was splendid, right in the center, very close to a metro station which takes you from the airport and back for €1,45. The room was pretty big and eventhough facing a busy street, it was fairly quiet. The breakfast was ok and there was free wi-fi internet. The double bed was very small for two persons and didn't offer any comfort. The staff only knew one restaurant in the proximity, which was a totally unromantic "snack-bar". So we were more or less on ourselves in finding a proper place to eat. |

A pleasant hotel in a fairly central position, clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, not brilliant, but all in all, particularly given its location, excellent value. |

I was informed there would be a swimming pool while there was none, only the Virgin Health club nearby which to me with kids is not the same. |

Close to city centre.Close to Metro and easy to get to from airport. Good breakfast. Staff generally helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No bar or bar was never open. Staff failed to provide a requested early morning alarm call. Member of staff on duty when we made an early an morning departure not very helpful |

The extremely helpful staff who assist in guiding you to park your car (it is a very tight ramp/garage). Couldn't be better located. |

The location is very central. Our family room was very spacious and facing the yard, it was relatively quiet. The breakfast room is modernly finished and pleasant and there is a garage right below the hotel. Very good value for money The facade from the outside, but that did not really matter after all ... |

The room was spacious and, although it faced out on two very busy and noisy city streets, it was totally quiet when the windows were shut. This was due to the fact that each window was actually TWO sliding dual pane windows, so no noise could come through the four panes of glass. We also liked the totally secure parking, although we did pay EUR15 a day for it. |

I like the separate bedroom with a twin bed for the 3rd person. Shower head in the bathroom needed to be replaced. |

The Staff were very freindly and pleasant and gave us advise on where to eat and shopping facilities. It was in the heart of the city so it gave you a real taste of the culture. Parking was a little tight but is the same in most of european cities |

The hotel was a great value - very reasonable rates. Close to the City Center, Ribeira and metro stop (useful for trips to and from the airport). The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and there is a bit of street noise. |

The hotel is close by the metro network. So it's really easy to get from the airport to the city centre. The heart of the city is only 10 à 15 minutes walk away from the hotel To get from the city centre to the hotel, you need to climb a bit. For us this wasn't a problem, but I can imagine this is a problem for older people. The rooms aren't luxurious (but you can't expect a luxury hotel for the price you pay. Price/quality is really good) |
