The reception and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful indeed. Very disappointed to find that although the hotel promotes the fact that they have a Sauna and Turkish bath they do not make it clear that you had to pay 15.00 per person each time until you get there. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over many others near by. There is also no dip pool to go to after the sauna just a shower. Very disappointed in this after walking around Fatima every day.
