The location is superb and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing for both couples and families with children. Charming! I will most certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The standard of service and attitude of the staff was excellent and the accommodation and pool of a very high standard.

Bike hire was too expensive.I think when paying these room rates the hotel should allow free use of the bikes and they should clearly label the bikes with the hotel name.The bikes will be covered by the hotel`s insurance.

Location,atmosphere, sea water swimming pool and surrounding area,closeness to ocean,design of the hotel.We were grateful to the reception staff as were allowed to do our check out a bit later because our flight was in the evening.

the sea view room was not a sea view actually as we could see only a little bit of sea somewhere far away and only during the day and nothing when it became darker. There is no a beach nearby . But generally it was a good experience

I loved the disign and style of this hotel, the location is great for a counrtyside trip., hotel has around +/-30 rooms in it, so its very quite and peaseful both the hotel and the location. Breakfas is superb!

If you want to go and have donner in the city center(Cascais) it is never without a taxi, aqtually to get to the beach(not the beach by the pool, but the ocean beach) you as well need a taxi, so its ether to go there having a car or its not very convinient getting there and around. staff was ok, but in the evenings they got more relaxed and it was hard to find a clean pool beach towel.. the restaurante is very expenssive! Afterall we ofcourse more liked than disliked this hotel :)

A simpatia dos funcionários.

Foram ao quarto colocar um miminho o que foi muito simpático mas as camas que estavam por fazer não as arranjaram. O buffet do pequeno almoço está colocado numa sala aberta onde as moscas eram imensas sobre os alimentos, desculpem mas é inadmissivel.

Só dois pormenores a lembrar : um hotel destes não pode ter o comando da TV avariado e sem solução para o cliente, e sem alternativa de pelo menos os canais de TV cabo.O secador da casa de banho tambem não funcionava

Manutenção dos equipamentos muito deficiente, escassez de serviços, desadequação da classificação do hotel como sendo de 5 estrelas, a qual acho demasiado pretensiosa.

Tudo. Ah! Quando o quarto é vista de mar, vê-se o mar e bem!!! A história da rega até é engraçada também nos aconteceu às 4hs da manhã, o que considero aceitável, mas é também de resolução fácil, basta apontar os jactos para outro local.

De ter ficado por lá tão pouco tempo. Um sítio a voltar em breve.
