The hotel staff was very friendly, good breakfast. The hotel was an antique convent, which makes an interesting environment. We did not use all of the facilities, which are plenty, only the pool and jacuzzi. Rooms could be updated, the furniture and bathroom are not modern, our closet was huge and next to the desk, blocking one of the doors. The TV is on the desk which leaves very little space for the use of a laptop, for example. The tv could be tuned better, the image was out of focus in some channels, although it had SporTV. Be aware of the garage doors in the indoor parking, they can be very tricky. The pool wasn't warm enough (for me, but that can be just me); the jacuzzi's water were somewhat not very clear (a little greenish), not very inviting, although it worked fine. |

pode ter boas intalações de lazer, mas não são devidamente indicadas, no anterior, também reserva vossa, deram-nos logo documentos para requisitar toalhas para a piscina, aqui nem sombras disso, se quis saber fui perguntar. recepção, caramelos peganhentos e mau aspecto de quarto.cadeira má, e casa de banho...., nem digo, informei no cheq-aut, tudo.Não preenchi reclamação, fi-lo só verbal. |

hotel sem grandes confusoes,sossegado, vista espectacular do quarto sobre a serra. Por diversas vezes na garagem ficamos ás escuras, falta de atenção nos funcionários quando abriam o portão da garagem ao não acenderam as luzes. Hotel que classificado de 4 estrelas deveria levar uma uma pequena remodulação, pintura em alguns quartos, alcatifas do bar em mau estado, o não aproveitamento da sala de estar. |

Nada de relevante a registar Não aconselhavel a casais com filhos pequenos. No piso principal estão colocadas no chão pequenas estátuas em mármore e granito, de facil acesso às crianças, que sem o minimo esforço as deitam ao chão. A direcção obrigou-me a pagar 200€ por um acidente ocorrido com o meu filho de 16 meses, quando saíamos do restaurante. O bebé, ao correr, foi, por acidente, contra um dessas estátuas que caiu e partiu. Foi-nos imediatamente exigido o pagamento dessa estátua, sem o mínimo de compreensão! |

Gostei da localização do hotel, do peq.almoço, o quarto familiar é uma excelente opção para familias de 2 adultos e 2 a 3 crianças, a limpeza do quarto foi boa e as duas recepcionistas simpáticas. em relação ao valor/qualidade que paguei nada tenho a acrescentar no entanto o hotel encontra-se um pouco gasto e a precisar de uma remodelação geral. |
