    Clean and newly renovated.

    Extremely cold as heating virtually non existent. Decoration rather excentric.

    Everything was generally very good, nice cozy place for a weekend.

    A bit noisy in the morning due to some repair/renovation works

    I think the location is very good, near the Sever river and beautiful surrondings with lots of trees and a complex with a swiming pool, a coffee and a restaurant. It's all very calm and appears to be carefully preserved. About the hotel, it has a very nice design, river view, and the restaurant it's wonderful: so much good options on the menu, including regional dishes, and the most service I ever experienced.

    I think the employes could be more attentious and nice; the beds are small and it can be heard the noise from the others rooms (when it happens at 3 or 4 am, it's very annoying). In the room, there's a window that hasn't curtains and you can see all the light from outside.

    breakfast was a very good surprise, where quality is present

    rooms need a closet, not only a space to hang clothing

    Decoration: small rooms but very cosy; Fancy details like the illumination, HDMI input for the flat screen; One of the rooms had an incredible view of mountains;

    The staff were friendly & extremely helpful, (especially the quick response to a fault in the TV) The room was clean and very comfortable, and we were very grateful for the much needed air-conditioning. We were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the area & the ambiance of the hotel. Being able to relax from the midday heat in the shady river beach area & having free access to the pool was an bonus. Enjoyed the delicious and well priced evening meals, served by a very competent waiter. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the Sever Rio Hotel to our friends
